I worked with Tony in Doylestown, and the experience was great! After making my online appointment, he followed up with a call to make sure I didn't have any questions prior to my visit. There was no wait when I got there, and Tony was forthcoming about the process and essentially walked me through at every step. Despite many flaws in my trade-in vehicle, I was offered almost 30% more than the dealership had offered the previous day. The entire transaction took about 45 minutes from the time I arrived, which included the physical appraisal of my car, Tony working with his remote team to get me the best offer, signing the paperwork, and receiving the check. I'd recommend this fair and friendly experience to anyone!

Great and honest service

Just an easy experience

Jeff the customer service manager got back to us , listened, didn't challenge and gave us additional compensation that helped to address our concerns. So a more satisfactory resolution and raised my review a couple of stars.
Many reviews, regardless of how many stars were given, state that the online quote ends up halved for the actual offer. Setting expectations is key for customer satisfaction.

The response here was a passive-aggressive reply - 50k worth more than you essentially.
The area manager called , left a vm , I called back and no response so left a vm, same again. He should be all over this and asking when I am available for feedback to have a direct chat.

Felt scammed and lowballed from the start.
“The algorithm says your car is worth $100”
“There is structural damage” No proof offered and the car was meticulously maintained and serviced. There is none.

Online quote was $1600 which was less than half of dealer/KBB quoted anyway.
“What do you want and I’ll see what I can do but the 1600 comes down to 1300 with doc fees and there is … body… structure …. That deducts even more “
“You have to pay for the document fees” What?

Never again

He went carefully over our car and explained what each reading ment. When he gave us the price he told us what factors went into that number

The branch manager Tony in the Doylestown location was great. Very personable and friendly. I surprised by the on-line price as being very high. Our actual price became half of the on-line number.
However, the price we received is what I expected and guessed initially. So we are happy.

Tony was very honest through the process and with answering questions. We were very comfortable their the whole process and their were no surprises.

Fair price, no suprises, friendly and knowledgeable service. Tony was accommodating and got us in and out quickly.
