My agent Greg was quick and responsive very professional and worked to get me the highest value of my car and also followed up when I wasn’t sure and wanted to shop around and the location was very convenient as well. Not only did he call ahead of time to ensure I had all the necessary documents, but he also took the time to explain everything to me in detail.
I was particularly impressed by his professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire appointment. He even offered me a bottle of water while I waited, which was a nice touch. When it came time for my car analysis, Greg was upfront and transparent about the reasons for the slightly lower estimate due to paint damage.
