Dear Shayef,
We appreciate your effort in writing a review and choosing webuyanycar.com as a platform to sell your 2006 Mercedes Benz E Class Sedan. We regret that your experience with our appointment did not meet your expectations. We aim for a positive experience for all our customers through a commitment-free and transparent process, ensuring everyone gets fair treatment.
Our online valuation provides an initial estimate based on limited information, with the final offer made after a comprehensive professional appraisal of your vehicle. You should have been included in the appraisal process with the branch manager, helping you gain insights into our appraisal methods and understand what we look for in used cars.
We value honesty and transparency at webuyanycar.com. We encourage our customers to notify us about any potential issues through our website to avoid unexpected surprises during the appraisal.
In response to your concern about the 20% reduction in the car's value, it primarily resulted from an incorrect trim selection during the online valuation. You identified your vehicle as an E350 Wagon, but the VIN decoding at our branch revealed that it was the less popular E350 Sedan model.
Moreover, our professional appraisal revealed several undisclosed issues with the car. These included illuminated airbag and brake lights, a significant lower engine noise, and damaged side mirror housings that need replacement.
Our goal is to buy your car at a price that accurately reflects its resale value, considering all factors that can potentially affect it. We strive to offer a fair price to our customers that allows us to maintain a reasonable profit margin. We apologize if the final price did not align with your expectations.
We acknowledge your conversation with Area Manager Joe and regret that we could not reach an agreement that satisfied you. We remain dedicated to providing a five-star experience, and we would welcome any opportunity to regain your trust. If there's anything more we can assist you with, feel free to contact us at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com.
Kind regards,
Nazel, representing webuyanycar.com

This is the second car we have sold through webuyanycars. I cannot say enough positive “things” about the sale. Not only was the price fair, but the process was easy and we had our check within a short period of time. Thank you Tyrone Sledge and Joe Frankine for such a positive experience.

Great communication
Nico communicated what he was doing every step of the way. As an older person, he made me feel comfortable even when he explained why he was subtracting from the amount that could be paid because of a couple things wrong like damage to my car. I feel like I got a fair amount for my car. Thank you for making it painless.
