Pathetic Customer Service
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with WebSouls and would strongly advise others to avoid them.
Their customer service team only seems active when it comes to pushing sales at the end of the month. But when an actual issue arises, they simply shift the blame back to the customer instead of taking responsibility. Despite multiple communications, all I’ve received are excuses blaming my development side, while they completely avoid accountability.
To give one example: their development team once called me regarding an open issue. Even though I had already provided all the necessary details in a support ticket, the person hadn’t even bothered to read it and asked me which website had the issue, something I had already specified clearly.
Overall, their support feels careless, unhelpful, and unprofessional. WebSouls provides a third-class service and wastes the customer’s time.

I was facing daily issues with in-coming and out-going Emails
I was facing daily issues with email—both incoming and outgoing—long before upgrading to WebSouls' Digital package. Unfortunately, the upgrade made no difference. The problems persist, disrupting our business operations and client communication.
The support team has been consistently unhelpful. Their replies are repetitive, lacking any real solutions or urgency. It's frustrating to receive the same scripted responses while the issues remain unresolved.
As a business that depends on reliable email service, this experience has been unacceptable. I expected better performance and proactive support, but WebSouls has failed to deliver on both fronts.
RUN AWAY
RUN AWAY! Worst company ever. If you want to destroy your business and online presence, use them. Do not believe these fake and paid reviews. Very non-reliable and third class hosting services.

Extremely Disappointed with Websouls Hosting
We've had a consistently frustrating experience with Websoul's hosting. Our website suffers from continuous request timeouts, making it slow, unreliable, and often completely inaccessible for users. This isn’t a minor glitch — it’s a repeated and ongoing issue that has affected our business reputation and customer trust.
Despite reaching out multiple times, their support team offers generic responses with no lasting resolution. There's no real urgency in fixing the problem, and no accountability either. We've tried optimizing our website, checked all configurations on our end, but the core issue clearly lies with their unstable server environment.
For a company that claims to offer “reliable hosting,” this has been nothing short of a disaster. If you're running a professional website and value uptime, I strongly recommend staying away from Websouls.
We're actively planning to move our site to a more dependable provider. Websouls has lost our trust.

I had a very bad experience with this company. We faced so problems with hosting and server. I mention them issue and generate the ticket. The fix the issue and after 2/3 days, same issue appear again. They fix the same issue and same problem raised again.
For example, the following tickets:
Ticket #753215 - Website is not working, please help us: The website stop loading at all. There was DNS problem. They fix the issue and then again same DNS problem and website stop loading happened again. This had happened 3 times.
Ticket #665805 - FTP accounts are not working: In this ticket, the FTP accounts stop working and we were unable to connect to website to upload content. We issue this ticket. They fix it and after some days, same problem appear again. The same FTP issue raised 3 times. And 3 times we were unable to connect with website to upload important stuff.
Ticket #374858 - website and services on website are responding slow: In this ticket, the website pages connected with database loading too much slow. We have sent them screenshots and screen recording and also mentioned them to increase database maximum user limit. After 24 hours, they told me that the problem is fixed. And the same problem of website slow response appear again within 7 hours. Still they did not address the issue of increase database maximum user limit, that are appearing in error logs of server and a major reason of this crash.
I have a horrible experience with them.

I had a very disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience. Support tickets remained unresolved for 15–20 days. Around 2 years ago, I had already moved my client from Web Souls to another hosting provider due to similar issues.
About three months ago, a team member from Web Souls contacted me and assured me that their services had improved. Based on that, I decided to give them another try and purchased their Digital Plan — but unfortunately, the service quality is still very poor.
I'm now once again considering moving my client to a different hosting company. I've known Web Souls for 3–4 years, but based on my experience, I do not recommend them.
