If you choose web innovates, be sure to understand the process of what you actually need. As inexperienced users looking for a website, every add on felt like a hidden cost. And because they can do all things web related, it only makes sense that they want to position themselves to do it for you.

For example: On our initial call to talk about the website they tried to sell us on running ads and running our social media.

Client clarity of the process and what is truly needed to get from A to Z would go a long way in client experience.

We would’ve preferred the experience of paying more and receive Over-delivery.

Bottom line, they do good work. Could improve client experience.
