We started looking for SEO experts to improve our website in early April. We tried a company with different services and it was a total disaster. I started with a 50 backlink package. I gave them my URL, they came back with keywords for the niche of my product and a bunch of forum threads. Then they constantly posted backlinks (drip-feed I think) in these threads relevant to my product. I had access to
an online report where I easily saw all he backlink details.
