I received callback in reasonable time. Dr. Pham was informed, very easy to talk to with and very friendly and helpful. The prescription I needed was called into my chosen pharmacy that night and I was able to pick it up next morning.

Need a billing code to send to insurance for reimbursement, but you have ignored our request for that.

The Dr. was helpful but it has been two days and the pharmacy still has not received amoxicillin that was promised!

When I put in a consultation request I got a very quick and professional response! The whole process was fast and simple and fee is very reasonable! It was way less hassle and cheaper than a trip to Urgent Care. And my prescription was sent immediately to my pharmacy. I would recommend this service to anyone!
