Website Motive has a very experienced team that knows how to deliver what the clients has asked for. I wanted to get a website for myself and had absolutely no idea about anything. The team explained me various topics from domain, hosting to website and shared me their previous works to get an idea about their work. The best thing about them is communication, 2 guys i wanna give alot of praise would be JEREMY AND RYAN. Great team to work with, designed and delivered a functional website for our business. Desing expectations were great and final product was on point for our business.

In 2021 I had this company create a website for me. No issues. All went well until the end of 2023. They contacted me out the blue to inform me about a Google compliance issue that needed to be resolved. When I asked about the cost, they informed me it would be $900. Without clear information, I did not act immediately. Early in 2024, I noticed the website was not operational and reached out to them for a response. They told me it had to do with the non-compliance issues. So for the past 3 months, I have been trying to get a CLEAR UNDERSTANDING from them on how to correct the issue IN WRITING and they refuse to provide me anything. Most recently they organized a call with me and they did not attend. I find this very unprofessional and this is in addition to my requests for information(receipts for work performed, access to back end of website) that go unanswered.

I would have a hard tine recommending this company to anyone in the future, if this is the way they treat their customers. All I want is a functioning website and they are not helping me.
