Zero response to expensive press…
Zero response to expensive press release and when I complained, I was given a tone of excuses. I used the same release three times and it had the same nil response. And to make things worse, my last release I paid for was cancelled on the day of the release. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Emily the press manager makes a tone of excuses and tries to get you to upgrade and spend more money and when you do and it has zero results, she showers you with more excuses.

Avoid their GMB/ GBP campaigns
Their GMB/ GBP campaign just doesn't work. After 4 months and spending thousands, they ask for 9 months to start having results. I hired a freelancer and we got results after 2 months.

No records of clients or myself after 4 tries
Requested recommendations on 4 different occasions. Phones always had issues. Automated emails kept confirming my submission but when I’d call in they (though customer service was polite) had no record of me or my clients at all. Very frustrating to be asked to re-submit information over and over as my initial impression. By the 5th try I called it quits. :(

The services and support at Web20Ranker are unlike the other Whitelabel SEO services I've used. They are very meticulous in their testing and it shows in the campaign development. I've seen them change and better the campaigns that they sell based on market and algo shifts in real time. There is a great deal of support all throughout the lifetime of the campaign and at any given time I have access to multiple different individuals that are actively working on my campaigns so that is great for cutting out the middle man that can sometimes bottleneck things.

SEO Recommendations Made Ordering Much Easier
The Web 2.0 Ranker team was helpful from the beginning and their local SEO package got me great results! They provided me SEO recommendations for what my client needed to rank higher and within 3 months we were in the map pack. This was for a client in El Paso, TX so not the most competitive market, but the client had very little visibility before their SEO work.
For this client, I used their Accelerated GMB campaign to get the rankings moving for my client, then moved into a Monthly GBP SEO campaign to continue optimization without my team having to fulfill it.
I have also used their press releases with fast turnaround times (not for this client) and custom signals as additional support for local.

Ordered industry specific citations for…
Ordered industry specific citations for 2 web assets. They were only able to confirm half of the submitted citations stating the rest were just submissions. After several weeks it's clear that other half will never go live, so they only deliver half of what you bargain for.
On top of that, customer service is useless and uses language like "NO" to make it clear they don't care about what they offer vs what they deliver. I'll never use them again.
