Customer service is awesome, took care of my order right away. I definitely recommend this company.

Number 1: these socks are made in China--bad on me for not realizing this until after I placed the order. Number 2: a pair of ankle socks developed holes in the balls of my feet--right under my toes within weeks of wearing them. Please note: I didn't notify the company so I don't know if the would replace them or give me a refund since it's the only pair I wore in a bundle. Number 3: I was charged $2.99 for Priority Processing (sorry, I can't remember what it's called), that I didn't request, with no way to do decline. It didn't keep me from placing the order, but that doesn't mean that I like that the company has inserted a charge that isn't clearly defined (I checked the FAQs and there's no mention about this charge) or that the customer is unable to decline. Bad business practice

Needed these socks for a trip so I made an extra 16.99 for “2-4 day priority”. The shipment sat not picked up for days and now it is saying that I will not get these socks for 8 days. I tried to reach their customer service but you can not call. You can only email and they just repeat themselves sending you some shipping policy that is buried in their website saying shipments take 3-10 days. They should not be advertising and charging people an extra 16.99 for “2-4 days”. Complete unacceptable and misleading. The return process is a complete hassle.

They seem to be pretty good socks but I didn’t check each and every sock I received. It turns out nearly 1/2 my order was the wrong size. I’m pretty sure this happened on my previous order too! My warning is to check the size on the inside of the right sock of each pair. They are way too expensive for this shoddy shipping.

I placed an order the 14th. Apparently there was an error that they didn't tell me about. I was thinking it could be because of peak season so I waited before reaching out, but they never shipped it!! I finally had enough and emailed them yesterday night. They made me aware of the issue and processed the refund, a whole 9 days later... no communication with this business.

All website and no product. Size labeled L was far too large even though my foot and leg length/ calf circumference is at the HIGH limit for L. No phone contact and site was contact via X and Facebook last week, is Instagram and Facebook now!!
Labeling error per all 5 pairs with no way of knowing if or why their sizing charts are accurate or wishful thinking.
Company is a typical Internet illusion and should, IMHO, be avoided by serious customers.
Search "post review"and watch the website return "cannot find" message!!
All style, no substance with global warming and sustainable BS thrown in to boot!!
Bag has recycled label (gag!) but NO SALES SLIP, thus, conveniently, NO sales number.
Way too much website blather and no real substance from a probable Chinese product dumping front. Or so it would seem.... Apparently run out of an apartment in the Bronx which tells you all you need to know!!

Never received the products and have heard from several other customers that they experienced the same. They ignore my emails and delete all my comments. Huge scammer
