In the last few months, Solv have reduced the amount of product you get but kept the price the same, meaning I have cancelled my subscription as it is no longer the cheapest one out there. Good product, and very tasty, but don't like that you get less for your money now.

Id personally recommend SOLV collagen cherry supplements. I have been on them about two months now and I have personally noticed a change in my skin, nails and hair. My skin is brighter/shinier, my nails are growing much quicker and healthier, my hair is much softer and has a shine. Overall I like this brand, it’s the only one I have tried and I feel it’s good money wise, cheaper than most! And I will continue to take them for the foreseeable future. The only downfall I’d say is that when I checked on the website it was not much difference in price to the one in the shops, I would of assumed they would be a couple of quid cheaper or have some deals on which I haven’t seen of yet for the sachets. In fact it was £1.56 more if I was to order online rather than buy in the shops.

Love the gummies just a shame they can’t keep some of them in stock or it would have been 5 stars

What an amazing brand, I found this brand at a social media event I attended for a beauty brand. We got lots of free goodies.. collagen gummies, hylaronic acid gummies, hair skin nails gummies and collagen powder. My mum loved the collagen powder, but I travel a lot so the gummies were great for me and my lifestyle. I get soooo many compliments on how my hair, skin and nails are improving and I honestly think the gummies play a huge part in that. I now have a monthly prescription for them :-) I highly recommend x

What is happening at We are Solv for such a high percentage of negative reviews??

Could the CEO or MD contact me to advise why no one is answering my emails please?

After cancelling a subscription they proceeded to send me a package months after . Taking money from my account . Was unable to cancel the item on the website so I emailed before item was dispatched or fulfilled, no response I emailed several times with no response now item has been delivered but no way to return , product was not good for me made me extremely bloated, very unhappy with this company very poor customer service . Do not buy from here !

I order two packs of the gels and when it arrived they only sent me one even tho i paid nearly £50.00 for my items. i then sent off loads of emails to try contact customer services and no one replied i have just given up as they don't even have a contact number and you cant even send them a message trough social media.

I ordered in November and paid through Apple Pay. Had an order confirmation but no follow ups. They responded to a comment I left on insta where they asked me to dm them and they never got back to me after that. Even when I continue to comment. I am writing this review March 10th 2025

SOLV did not send out the items I ordered but a completely different product. I sent emails, messages through Facebook & instagram & SOLV never responded.

Subscription is really good arrives with a couple of days to go
The collagen liquid tastes nice and is effective. I had a break to see what happened and I noticed my hair shedding increased and my ligaments in my ankles and feet started to be a little painful after a run
Back on for a month and it’s a dramatic difference

I put through an order off the back of an instagram promotion, around £30 worth at the start of November. I received a confirmation of the order, yet since then have heard nothing from them and the order hasn't arrived. I have emailed twice and tried to contact via Facebook and had no reply. I don't like leaving harsh reviews on organisations (and don't usually!), but this hasn't been a positive experience and I'm currently down in money with no order to show for it.

I am not happy with this purchase. My refilled packs came damaged with holes therefore powder leaked in the all over the box. It's been more then three weeks and still waiting for replacement or refund but no sign of that. Customer service not replying for my email.

I never received my order. I placed an order for £75 and it in now naerly three weeks and the order has not arrived. I have now emailed twice and not had a response or a refund

Although I have set up a subscription the cherry liquid collagen is never in stock. This has happened to me 3 times now. Disappointing as this product is good and it tastes great unlike the orange one.

Prompt delivery , good quality product and price. Flavour pleasant and have noticed a difference; healthier looking skin in a relatively short space of time.

First saw the advert for these on Instagram. Thought I'd give them a try as I've been looking for a while , I'm 53 and felt like my hair and skin needed some help , I'm only 3 weeks in and can see a change in my skin already!!, Ive already subscribed, if you're thinking about trying don't hesitate, you won't regret it!!!!
