second time around nappy users and it is a very practical experience

I am using Peachies for my second child, so I can truly compared. I used to have to change over night for pipi leak and this does not happen anymore.
None of the explosives poos have come out neither when my baby was younger.
I love the packaging too.

Delivery is shocking

** edit ** I don’t want you to look into anything. It’s the same excuse every time and I’m not giving you anymore of my time. I told you I’d cancel my subscription and you didn’t fix the issue. The subscription was under my name, the same one used here. If you can’t locate it that’s on you and your system. I won’t be coming back so you can call it a day. Every review on here is the same so look internally at the issues as a whole.

Nappies are brilliant but the nappies delivery is all over the place. It says express but can be waiting a week after payment, sometimes longer. I’ll be cancelling my subscription as it’s really not worth gambling if they’ll turn up or not especially for the price. I’m always having to nip out and grab more it’s incredibly inconvenient. Will be opening a case for my most recent order as shock it hasn’t turned up. I’d avoid and look at pura nappies or kit & kin as chemical free alternatives and save yourself the hassle

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, haven’t received the nappies in more than 2 weeks since I ordered and they send generic chat gpt long emails about how they are not sending the nappies yet, they don't know when this will happen but they also wont refund because they already printed a label? Basically a scam.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service!
Money taken on 1st and nappies supposed to be delivered same day but over 2 weeks later still no sign of them.
Customer service lead ‘Joyce’ doesn’t respond or acknowledge the issue. Completely useless and letting the company down. Supposed to be a premium service but ignores any contact!
Have asked for a refund multiple times and been ignored.
Absolutely shocking - avoid!

I have been waiting 3 weeks for the…

I have been waiting 3 weeks for the nappies. I had one email back from customer service saying they were being despatched that day and I should receive them imminently. It’s 10 days later and nothing. I have sent two emails chasing and no reply. They have had my money for 3 weeks and I still am none the wiser as to whether I’m going to receive the nappies or not. Thankfully I have a Kit and Kin subscription which is brilliantly reliable. I find it shocking that a company can take your money and ghost you for weeks, especially with a product like nappies, which is pretty fundamental. Parenting is stressful enough without having to chase rogue companies. Avoid and try Kit and Kin is my advice.

Good nappies, terrible customer service

The nappies themselves are excellent (although very expensive), but the customer service is letting Peachies down. I placed an order 10 days ago and the money was taken from my account on the same day, but the nappies have still not arrived. Multiple emails to customer service have gone unanswered and so I’ve had to buy alternative nappies. A real shame as the nappies are great but you can’t rely on the subscription actually arriving when you need it.

Poor customer experience, nappies late, v expensive

These nappies are EXPENSIVE and the customer experience was a deal breaker for me. They are incredibly soft nappies, I do love them. They've always done a pretty good job at holding in blow outs, except to be honest when my baby was breastfed and things were more watery, they weren't 100% leak proof. My baby has never had a nappy rash with them. But they offer little value for money. I am down to the very last every month before a new pack arrives, this month I even had to order a pack extra because my baby was due to size up, which is usually fine as the delivery is fairly reliable. You never quite know if they will come the next day or the next week once they've been dispatched though. I thought I got ahead last week and ordered on Thursday - we are now at Tuesday with no sign of delivery yet this week. I've had to buy Pampers nappies which have given my baby a rash and cost £25, so I'm down over £100 on nappies this month AND my baby has a rash. I'm over it to be honest. Customer service haven't replied to my chasing and so whilst I love the nappies, I'm not happy to give this company so much money. I've just made an order with Kit & Kin which also have great reviews in terms of nappy rash and are eco friendly, and are just under £30 for a 3 week subscription. My advice would be to try those out first if you're interested in Peachies...

If you like cleaning poomanis buy peaches

My wife found peaches on Instagram = great marketing. We had regular poonamis .. like every day, sometimes twice a day. They are terrible at containment.
Seen reviews on other review sites and they look fake, there is no way people give this brand 5 stars consistently and have similar written reviews, it’s a complete fabrication.
Save yourself the time, money and stress and buy Sainsbury’s instead.

Easily the worst nappies I’ve ever…

Easily the worst nappies I’ve ever used. Constant leaks, despite making sure to get the correct size and follow the guidance about putting them on correctly. Several nappy and full outfit/bedding changes overnight due to huge leaks has not left us wanting to order any more.

No delivery

Awful customer service. Ordered nappies but did not deliver. Customer services is aware of the issue but instead of fixing it, just waffles.

EDIT: I'm happy to provide all details, but this was all comprehensively discussed with customer service. We have since moved to alternative brand which we deem better and would recommend everybody else to do the same. Entirely unclear why a new nappy brand was needed when very good organic and plastic-free brands are already available (which have no supply issue and can communictae properly).
