Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry that your experience has left you frustrated. We’re pleased to hear that you initially liked our products and our company ethos, and we’re genuinely sorry that the subscription experience changed that.

We’d like to clarify how we handle subscription cancellations, as we always aim to give customers as much control as possible over their own subscriptions. When a customer contacts us simply to ask how to cancel, and there is no technical issue preventing them from doing so themselves, we provide clear instructions and guidance on how to manage their subscription through the customer portal. This allows customers to privately manage their own delivery dates, frequency and cancellations whenever they wish.

If a customer tells us they are unable to do this, however, we are always happy to step in and make the cancellation or changes for them. We also provide additional guidance, including video instructions where helpful. We never expect a customer to keep trying if they are having difficulty — they can simply tell us what they need, and we will do our best to assist.

There can also be different reasons why a customer may continue to see subscription orders, including having more than one active subscription. This can happen under the same email address or under different email addresses, particularly where separate subscriptions have been created at different times. In these situations, we’re always happy to review the account history and help identify and resolve anything that remains active.

We’re a small team and every customer query is handled by real people. We may first provide instructions so customers can manage their account independently, but if that doesn’t work for them, we’re always here to help directly. We genuinely try to be understanding, responsive and fair, even when an issue is caused by account settings, multiple subscriptions or something outside of our control.

We’re sorry that this experience has ultimately led you to leave, but we hope this helps explain that our intention has always been to give customers control while remaining available to help whenever they need us, as that's what we're also here for. Thank you so much.

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. We understand that receiving an order you no longer wanted was frustrating, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

We would, however, like to clarify what happened. The subscription was cancelled, but the order had already been generated before the cancellation was made. Cancelling a subscription stops future orders; it does not automatically cancel an order that has already been placed. This is why the order was dispatched in your case.

When you contacted us, we took the time to explain this with kindness and empathy. We also suggested the option of arranging a return so we can send you a full item price refund, however, this didn't work in your case.

We always try to approach customer service with utmost kindness, understanding and fairness. If something is genuinely our mistake, we will do our best to put it right. Always. Equally, when an issue has occurred outside of our control, we have to be honest about that while still doing everything reasonably possible to help.

As a small business, we also have to apply our policies consistently and equally to all customers. Our policies are designed to keep things fair for everyone while also allowing us to maintain the quality of our products and continue offering them at a fair and affordable price.

We’re sorry that the solution we offered was not the outcome you wanted. However, we hope this clarifies that we did listen, explain the situation, provide options and continue to offer assistance throughout our communication.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel the service has not been good, and we’d like to clarify what happened regarding your affiliate commission.

Affiliate commissions are processed once the relevant referral period has passed, allowing us to check for any refunds, cancellations, order changes or other adjustments before a commission is approved for payment. Our normal process is to allow at least around two weeks before commissions are paid.

Our system is originally for UK. For UK-based affiliates who have successfully added their PayPal details to their affiliate account, payments can then be sent directly once the commission is ready. We never had problems with them before.

In your case, as we have found out that you are based outside the UK, payment details needed to be provided before we could issue the payout. Unfortunately, those details had not been added, which is why the commission could not be sent automatically. We also found that the email address registered with the affiliate platform was different from the email address you were using to contact us, which made it more difficult for us to immediately match the account and verify the payment details.

That said, when you contacted us, we were happy to assist and arrange your payout as a gesture of goodwill, despite the additional requirements for affiliates based outside the UK. We certainly did not intend for your commission to be withheld.

We completely understand wanting to receive a commission that has already been earned, but we cannot send a payment without the necessary payment details and account verification in place. This is a payment-processing requirement rather than a refusal to pay.

We have always been happy to assist when affiliates contact us. Once you reached out, we responded and worked to help clarify the situation. We’re a small team, not an automated system, and we genuinely do our best to assist with individual queries and resolve issues as quickly as possible.

We hope this clarifies the situation and that it was not simply a case of your payment being overlooked. Thank you so much.
