WOW!! I was about to throw out a 22 year old Barbour International jacket. Then I stumbled across a company called 'Waxxed'.... I got a quote for a pre-wash and re-wax... and sent it off, in fairness the whole process was really very simple. It came back today... and I'm THE HAPPIEST, what a great job Waxxed did. I'd worn this jacket to death... and now I can start all over again. It took a little longer to return than anticipated but hey, if you love your Barbour, what's a few more days waiting right ... Thank you WAXXED, so much.

Sent my jacket away to be cleaned.

Just got it back today from Waxxed and it is like new, soft - waxy - the colour is back - I am very very surprised and happy - and at such a reasonable cost. The whole process was so easy - thank you - very happy customer.

Waxxed had my Father’s jacket for a full month.7-14 working days turnaround????And still not ready.Excuse after excuse.The jacket was in decent condition so not a lot of work was required.I phoned several times but was met with ,”Oh we’re really sorry”

Really good customer service. I used their online chat and they came straight back to me. I sent off my jacket for a clean inside and out and a rewaxing. Full instructions given and what to do etc. My jacket came back to me looking like new. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

I had occasion to speak to a lady at Waxxed via the phone and she was so helpful. I sent my Barbour jacket which was covered in mildew and smelled awful. I got it back today and I am amazed at the results, it really is like a new jacket both inside and out and I am delighted. Thank you Waxxed.

Very pleased with the way they have brought my Trailmaster back to life - as good as new again. My jacket was delivered back to me 18 working days after Waxxed had received it which was longer than expected hence 4 stars instead of 5.

process took slightly longer than expected, but overall very happy with the service.

Sent two jackets in a Belstaff Trial Master about 10 years old and a Barbour Department B limited edition about 15 years old. The Barbour had been through the wringer a bit and had been washed and I presumed it was too far gone. However after speaking to the guys at Waxxed they assured me it wasn’t and they could sort it! I opted for the full works wash, sanitise and re-wax and both jacket came back as new. Extremely happy with the service, price and finish, these guys really know their stuff! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Had 2 full length coats re waxed. Results are amazing. Coats are like new. Do good I sent a jacket in as well. Astonished with the results. Friendly good value quick turnaround. I can’t recommend these guys enough
