Habe das wachs gekauft und mich richtig darauf gefreut endlich nicht mehr rasieren zu müssen. Haben die Stellen mit Babypuder eingerieben, das Wachs wie angegeben erhitzt in wuchsrichtung aufgetragen und entgegen abgezogen.
Ergebnis: Haare sind noch da und verbrennungen 2 Grades.
Man schildert sein Problem und bekommt nicht wirklich Hilfe oder eine Rückerstattung!
Sowas noch nie erlebt.

Im Internet steht man kann gratis zurücksenden stimmt nicht man zahlt 22 Euro, wenn man mlt kontakt aufnimmt sehe sehr unfreundlich und nicht entgegen kommend, wenn ihr solche sachen bestellt gibt es andere seiten aber nie von der Slowakei lieber von die Niederlande oder deutschland die sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Ich habe vor einiger Zeit komplett
Ich habe vor einiger Zeit komplett auf Heißwachs umgestellt und es jetzt nachbestellt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Es lässt sich gut entfernen, vor allem die Rückstände nach der Behandlung gehen sehr leicht von der Haut ab. Dieses Wachs ist besonders gut für den Intimbereich geeignet.

Absolut unseriöses Unternehmen mein Paket wurde nie zugestellt sie sind verpflichtet mir eine Verlustmeldung zukommen zu lassen und diese bei Der Post abzugeben. Das machen sie aber nicht sie sagen ich soll mich selber mit der Post in Verbindung setzen die Post sagt mir aber der Versender muss sich darum kümmern und so kenne ich es auch. Sie lassen mich mit den Problemen alleine da Ware habe ich nicht und Geld habe ich auch nicht kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen Fingerweg Betrüger!!!!

Absolute Frechheit
Absolute Frechheit, wie hier mit Kunden umgegangen wird. Ich habe einen defekten Erhitzer zugeschickt bekommen. Ich habe umgehend von meinem Rückgaberecht gebrauch gemacht, was angeblich nicht ging (da Aktionsware). Ich hätte das defekte Gerät auf eigene Kosten zurückschicken sollen! Von Gewährleistung hat dort noch niemand was gehört! Wo? Gute Frage! Das Unternehmen hat weder eine Telefonnummer, keine Hotline, nichts. Nur Leute die sich Customer Happiness Agent nennen, absolut lächerlich. Ich habe die Wachsperlen selbst erhitzt und überzeugt hat es mich nicht. Alles in allem eine komplette Geldverschwendung. Der Mailverlauf geht an die Verbraucherzentrale.

Nach 4 Monaten kaputt
Nach 4 Monaten kaputt, der Einschaltdrehknopf geht nicht mehr! Ausserdem svhwer zu reinigen,wachs läuft zwangsweisse über den rand und man bekommt es nicht sauber!
Man muss aufpassen, dass der wachs nicht zu heiss wird, hab mich auch schon verbrannt mit riesen narben! Man könnte den wachs gleich gut im topf auf dem hrd erhitzen, wäre das gleiche

Lieber nicht nochmal
Das Paket kam rasch an, was einen Stern verdient hat.
Jedoch war das After Waxx komplett ausgelaufen. Alles war fettig. Eine Mail geschrieben, bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.
Dann das ganze ausprobiert und es ist einfach nur quatsch. Die Haare werden teils abgerissen und teils ausgerissen. Es bleibt ur viel Waxx auf der Haut zurück, egal wie lange oder eben nicht lange man den Waxx darauf lässt. Und danach den Waxx von der Haut zu bekommen. Praktisch unmöglich. Wieder ein Mailgemacht (sogar zwei deswegen) und bis heute KEINE Antwort. Mühsam und kundenunfreundlich. Also würde ich nie und nimmer nochmals kaufen.

Für mich hat es sich nicht gelohnt.
Leider hat das Waxen bei mir kaum geklappt, war aber extrem schmerzhaft… ich hab verschiedenes Wax gekauft, aber es wurden bei keinem wirklich viele Haare entfernt. Mega Schade, wenn man bedenkt wie teuer das Wax ist und wieviel Geld ich dafür ausgeben habe. Und die Dämpfe die dabei vom geschmolzenen Wax freigesetzt werden, sind ziemlich sicher auch nicht gerade gesund.

Mit Wachs hat das Produkt nicht wirklich was zu tun und saut alles ein.
Gebrauch vom Rückgaberecht gemacht! Sehr kompliziert und nachdem ich es auf meine Kosten zurück geschickt habe und es lt Sendungsverfolgung zugestellt wurde kann das Paket leider nicht gefunden und kein Geld zurück erstattet werden!
Danke für 90 Euro für nichts...
