Actually I just ordered my 3rd unit. My first purchase lasted a very long time and still is giving. Once I put on my second unit, I then remembered what I liked about the company units, you can literally pop it on and go. You might need to shape it according to your face shape. I appreciate the durability, it didn’t disappoint.

Terrible quality. Hair sheds like crazy. Worst wig I ever had.

I ordered a wig from this website. The tracking was amazing. I was able to track my wig ,when it was coming ,the wig came and it was an amazing quality exactly as how it’s been promoted and the videos and pictures that I’ve seen online, not only that, but the customer service is absolutely amazing It’s quick it’s speedy It’s helpful and everything is really a 10 out of 10 especially Lucy from the customer service team at wavy my hair I will definitely be ordering from this Company again and 100%. You guys can trust this company , it will not let you down.

I ordered a specific wig and screenshotted my chosen preference
I got a totally different wig maybe because that one was gone do they sent anything to make a sale.
Compared to universal and luvme they don’t qualify because there inches does not match I tried to get a refund and never got the answers to get a refund just bullcrap about swapping and measuring and combing out like the wig isn’t worth it and I will never order again because if they were successful and didn’t have a high return rate they would actually abide by there return policy they deserve zero stars amazon wig would be better than theres

The hair came as seen in the picture , very soft and I would say it’s virgin not synthetic. Delivery was fast and swift

They are absolute liars and tried to scam me! THEY made a mistake (which I now have reason to believe it was intentional) and put the wrong postcode on my parcel although my order clearly said London with a London postcode, they decided to send my package to Bristol.
After waiting on hold an hour+ to speak to Royal Mail, I was informed of this mistake & told I could not do anything about it, I was told the seller sent it to a wrong address so only they could make amendments. I contacted TikTok shop about this because the seller has turned off messages and TikTok shop they couldn’t give me their details due to privacy settings and I should wait to begin the refund process. As I needed this hair urgently, I did my own research to find their details and contacted them via email, their website chat & WhatsApp- these people started off by saying that they are going to give me a refund or reship another wig BUT THEY WASTED MY TIME!! Lying to me that they have contacted Royal Mail to change the address but when I called Royal Mail myself, they said they have no record of that. After passing security check by verifying every detail but the wrong postcode, they agreed to discard the barcode as a goodwill gesture so it will not be picked up digitally but said as it will have to be done manually, delivery could take several weeks or even months because there are plenty streets/roads with the same name in London and without a correct post code it will be difficult/impossible. They advised me get in contact with the seller as it is most likely that the package will be returned to seller in a few months. I communicated this with the seller who proceeded to further waste my time, lie some more about their communication with Royal Mail & TikTok and then ask me to reorder and pay again for THEIR MISTAKE! Which is ridiculous because THEY MADE THE MISTAKE! WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE? SO I SHOUKD LOSE OUT ON MY PACKAGE & MONEY?? They claim they will process a refund when they receive the package but how are they to be trusted when not only did they put a wrong postcode on the first package but they refuse to put it right, lie about communication and also lie about reshipping another package at no cost? I refuse to wait the 28 days this process could take and so I am contacting my bank for a chargeback with screenshots of our communication with proof of their lies gaslighting & manipulation as evidence. If you are not an influencer, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! When things go wrong, even when it is THEIR FAULT, they will not even try to fix it.
I wish there was an option to upload our conversation history here but I sure will on my TikTok shop review when the the time limit and I am able to leave one.

The wig I selected was delivered quickly. I ordered online Nov 3, 2025, and it was delivered Nov 6, 2025. Even though it was a reduced priced ($58.00), it is soft and perfect for those quick trips. I appreciate the company checking to make sure it was delivered.

Hair shedding and just to stiff and nappy dry tangles just bad on can wear one day that’s it paid all that money and can’t wear it

Was sent the wrong wig.

I waited several weeks for this unit to arrive, which was not disclosed on their website when I ordered it. Once I finally received it, the unit looked nothing like what is displayed on their website. Also, it is shorter than 22." I am very disappointed in this unit, which was very expensive. I will say that the quality of the hair is great and the lace is practically invisible. But I don't know if I'll buy something again.

I love my wig and they have such a quick response!

So this is my first time buying a wig / body wave 22 inch for this hair company. For a great price the hair was very nice, little to know shed and the quality was excellent. Within a week later, I purchased another straight hair wig.. looking forward to purchase another wig soon

Attention!! Calling all my girlies on a budgettt. Hair is great quality and affordable. You can spend less than $150 on a 250% density wig and it will last you up to 6 months!! You can wash and style it as often as you’d like. I’ve been wearing the same wig and buying its replica when it’s time for another. No one would ever know. $300 for a year in hair?? Not bad.

I was first excited to be able to find the wig that I was looking for! It was affordable, the shipment was timely, and the follow-up by customer service after delivery is what took me over the top. Wavymyhair has just gained a repeat customer!

At this time I’m giving a bad review because I ordered a ponytail 10 days ago and the shipping details are still saying “preparing shipment” I recommend that if you guys are taking long to prepare someone’s order that you at least send them a personal email explaining the reason and assuring them that it will ship soon. I feel like I got scammed and I purchased shipment protection so hopefully this is resolved and I can change my review.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I ordered a wig from them and it was too big and I contacted them to return it. They sent me the return address and I shipped it back. The recieved the shipment but never gave me a return!!! They STOLE my money! Unapologetically stole my money!!!! I'm a business owner and I would NEVER EVER do this to a customer! So if you're worried about your wig possibly needing to be exchanged or returned DO NOT shop here! The return address they have me was to a house, not a warehouse!! In my opinion they are not legitimate and u will do my best to try and keep anyone from shopping there. They told me they have "hundreds of returns every day", which is terrible for a company to have that many returns, typically means your product isn't good!!
