Not all its made out to be ECO FOAM
I would love to write a good review but feel that im just getting messed about now. Got a eco foam hot tub at end of Nov 25, within a week it came up with HL codes, had a new heater delivered which arrived with broken plug, got that sorted only for it to do same thing set its temperature only for it to keep rising and display the HL code. It has now all been sent back and awaiting refund. Have lost all faith. How long does it take to refund somebody?

First class customer service
We had an over heating issue with our spa. I emailed and a lovely lady called Sophie replied to me so quickly and gave me tips on our to reset it. When this didn’t work Sophie arranged for our heater to be collected and within 3 days a new replacement heater was sent. This was fantastic service by everyone involved. We would highly recommend Wave Spa’s

Sophie has made this experience better. I wish the quality of the product was as good as her service. But at least this time she just got us the replacement parts without all the run around and stalling we got the first time the heater broke (we are on the third one in 8 months) We also had to get a new controller (WiFi didn’t work) new cover (silver coating peeled off) new inner liner as it started shredding. I think the foam walls are all we have original. And those are starting to separate from water. Even with her excellent service, I’m not sure this is worth the nearly $2000 we paid. But as long as they honor the warranty that starts over with each replacement, we will at least keep it working.

Impossible to get a refund for fault item
No complaints escalation. I cannot get passed customer service to speak to a manager on email.
I have been waiting since 7th Jan for a refund and told today that they have to locate the spa with DPd. Numerous times I have asked for escalation of my complaint as my contract is with wavespa not DPD .
Dpd have confirmed their collection to me, so if the parcel has now been lost which is highly unlikely then the issue is wave spa not mine.
Please do not order here, you might get parts sent for faulty items but refund is impossible I now have to go through my bank to get my money back

Excellent customer service
I purchased a hot tub, unfortunately we did have some issues. However, the customer feedback from Antria was excellent, the response was fast, clear and all steps were taken to resolve my problem, concluding in my hot tub being replaced with a new unit. I would highly recommend this company.
