Our associate, Holly, was absolutely fantastic! I went into the appointment without knowing what I would like for an engagement ring, nor had even been really looking. Not only was she patient, but extraordinarily helpful and made me feel completely at ease through the whole process. The collection that Waves Antiques has is extensive, with something for everyone. It is unfortunate that I cannot have 2 engagement rings because I would be back there in a heartbeat! Perhaps maybe some vintage earrings…

I received the beautiful ring and earrings very promptly. They exceeded my expectations and are gorgeous, even more beautiful than the photographs. The only extra thing I would have liked is to have received some written information on the specification of the items for future reference. I have requested this but as yet have not received anything, hence 4 stars rather than 5.
