Easy from start to finish.

Booking was easy and the follow up from the engineer very quick. He arrived at the stated time and was very efficient. Carried out the service and was friendly. I was very pleased with all the aspect.

Engineer good - Wattbike customer service - shocking

Engineer was good when he finally arrived.
Wattbike took full payment over 4 months before the actual service, gave no updates and communication was non- existent. I had to continually chase to be either hit with AI responses or basically told they had no idea when they could fulfil my order.

Dreadful.

Edit - wattbike have reached out post this review and made clear how they’re approaching the issues with services. They also partly refunded some cost which has gone a long way to resolving things. So I’ve changed this from 1 star to 3 star on that basis.

Firstly, I do want to again sincerely apologise for the delays, lack of communication, and frustration caused throughout the servicing process. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to wait such a long time after payment whilst struggling to obtain clear updates.

I am however pleased to hear that the engineer visit itself went well once arranged, and that our follow-up actions and partial refund have helped go some way towards resolving matters for you.

We have been actively reviewing and improving our service processes and communication following feedback such as yours, particularly around lead times and customer updates, and your comments have genuinely been helpful in highlighting where improvements were needed.

The whole process worked well from initial contact through to completion.The service company contacted and kept me informed all the way and the service engineer was efficient and answered my questions

Mixed; good result, poor admin.

Booked a service for a Watt Bike we had purchased previously. Ultimately the end result was good, but lots of problems in between - came to collect from the wrong address, our loan bike was not the same quality as the one we had so members noticed the poor performance, it took multiple weeks longer than we were told at the start, and then they went to the wrong address again to recollect at the end.
So mixed.

I had a Wattbike service and I thought…

I had a Wattbike service and I thought it was good value for money. Many parts replaced and the bike is running much better now.
The engineer was very efficient and pleasant.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Really polite and helpful, phone up in advance and went the extra mile to ensure the bike was in tip top condition. Edward was an excellent representative of the company, that matched the great services I received.

Very happy with my WB service

Edward did a great job servicing my WB - his communication was excellent, he turned up when he said he would, he did exactly what I wanted him to, and the dog loved him.

I had issues with pedal fixing that needed some further work on and Louise and team sorted this very quickly abd professionally to get things working asap

Terrible Customer Service

After spending a considerable amount of money on a ‘high end product’ I’m afraid the customer service has been completely the opposite. After reporting an issue in November 2025, spending over £1000 on maintenance and parts, it is now March 2026 and my Wattbike is still not functioning correctly. At times, I have waited over 3 weeks to get a response from the Wattbike team. Having been a real advocate of the bikes for some time, I’m afraid my confidence in the company has been completely lost and I now wouldn’t recommend them. If/when my bike is fixed, I’m seriously considering selling it as I wouldn’t want to go through this process again

Edward (technician) visited to investigate the noise from the bike - knew what it was straight away and resolved quickly! Friendly and gave good advice, so pleased I chose buy a Wattbike with great support!

wattbike atom service

Had my wattbike atom since 2021. First time getting it serviced after a recent house move. booking was easy and got offered a visit within a few weeks.

Very happy with how thorough the process was and bike runs really smoothly now.

2 Months waiting for a service

Updated to 3 Stars :Since had a phone call from Customer service very polite Lady explaining the challenges etc and listened to my frustration

2 Months waiting for a service was the first response i got from the engineer when he sent me a message for 12th May: i messaged back to say do you mean March, , eventually got one planned in for 13th April even then that was a challenge too . I have had a few services from Wattbike in the past and have a PRO and A atom so was really disappointed of this service , but they are happy to take the money first, lets just hope this is a one off experience and other customers don't have to wait so long
