Communication and support is very good

My granddaughter love her swimming classes. Her teacher Emily is excellent.

Idrees loves coming to his class, it’s a happy friendly and familiar environment our teacher is fab and watching him learn new things is amazing! Thank you water babies

My 7m old absolutely loves her classes, especially her teacher Emily.
I'm sure it's her favourite time of the week.
The classes are so well thought out and structured for the little ones.

Lovely interactive swimming lessons that discreetly teach future skills for swimming and water safety.

It has been wonderful taking my daughter each week to water babies. It has been amazing to see the progress that she has made- she absolutely loves the water and the repetition and songs have really helped her learn new skills. It’s a shame it has got to come to an end.

The instructor was great , I have no issues with the sessions my daughter really enjoyed it but the facilities and the changing areas are not set up for parents. There’s so many ways it could be better but as you are in a primary school it doesn’t work well for ease at all. Far too many people using a small changing area. For the price you pay, you expect better,

Been taking my son since he was around 3 months old. Water babies has supported him to be able to swim un aided over 20m at the age of 4. My son is able to swim safely, confidently giving him skills for life. The early days are all about water safety and teaching the parent how to be confident taking their little one in the water and giving them freedom to learn to swim way before most swimming lessons even start as most are from age 4. Couldn’t recommend enough. From Laura this in the office to Emily in the pool, these guys always deliver the best service :)

My son loves his swimming lessons with water babies. Emily is fantastic at keeping him engaged and introducing swimming techniques making the learning process easy and fun!

The class itself was amazing , leo loved it and we had some really special moments made which I'll never forget however the facilities were not very baby friendly. Firstly having to leave the pram outside was less than ideal especially during the winter months as even a rain cover didnt prevent it from getting cold and after swimming the last thing I wanted was to put my baby into a cold material. Also the changing facilities were very unsafe for babies , the small benches which backed onto a concrete wall made getting leo changed or entertained whilst I got myself dressed very stressful. Once leo became more mobile this task was almost impossible as he would try to get himself up off bench or wiggle and constantly nearly hitting his head off the wall. I strongly feel this should be looked at given the cost of the lessons I believe changing mats would not be a big ask and would make a massive difference especially for younger babies.

Absolutely awful company the amount of times they cancelled due to there pool not being warm enough sometimes 5 minutes before I got there then the water being to cold my son was screaming to get out!
When I addressed this and told them I want to leave they said I was in a contract and by no means willing to return my money for the future lessons that was already taken out of my account which we will no longer be using
Appalling company very amateur Do not recommend!!

Really engaging lessons, fun activities, small class sizes, warm pool.
Only small negative is classes don't run in school holidays so my little one lost some confidence BUT has been given some extra lessons to boost his confidence at no extra cost.

Surpassed my expectations, Becky is a great instructor at Pheasey Farm school. My daughter started sessions at 5 months and has been attending for around 6 months and she loves it! She laughs and splashes all through, it’s great to see the interaction the babies have with each other. They achieve so much in a 30 minute lesson, the babies are swimming underwater released, they are holding on to the side bar and learning all the cues which help them be safe in the water. The songs and props keep the sessions fun and it is a good work out for the parents. I am looking forward to taking her on holiday to enjoy the pool and her being a more confident swimmer than I am.

My daughter has been thriving with her lessons at water babies! She is more confident every time and loves to swim now. I can't thank you enough water babies has been the best decision to attend for my daughter thank you.

The lessons are structured wonderfully! We look forward to swimming every week and now my little doesn’t want to get out the water at the end of class! If your looking for a class that teaches littles to swim in a fun way that builds confidence I’d definitely recommend don’t be put off by the price, it’s money well spent!

We love our splish splash experience with Water Babies at Pedmore — Anne Marie is absolutely brilliant! She’s warm, encouraging, and truly brings out the best in the babies (and the parents!). Our little one gained so much confidence in the water, all thanks to her gentle, expert approach.
We also have catch up lessons with Emma at the Mercure west hotel and she also is great!
So friendly, helpful, and welcoming — she went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

My little one started swimming at the Birmingham west hotel when he was only 15 weeks old. He is now 8 months old. His teacher Anne-Marie has been nothing but spectacular and really puts in the effort to know your baby and adapt to their needs and wants . My little one has really grown and learnt so much and I put that down to his swimming as he was very delayed due to being a poorly NICU baby.

We had a slight issue with the venue - Mercury Hotel- as the hotel itself was causing issues such as cancellations and generally poor facilities. I phoned water babies office to discuss this and originally cancel as it did become too much of a faf. The lady , Zara, was so understanding and friendly about it , she took the time to listen and understand my point of view. As a result, we are now going to try a different venue for my baby to swim at as me and my little one really enjoy water babies as a whole, it was just a shame an external source ruined that for us .

All in all , I want to give a massive appreciation to Anne-Marie and Zara as they are nothing but brilliant in what they do and deserve high praise. You can tell they love their job and care about the babies and parents. Water Babies is an amazing company, I would just recommend choosing a different venue than the Birmingham West !

Great! My daughter’s been going to water babies since she was 12 weeks old. She’s 2 1/2 now. And the team have supported us through the difficult “koala” “no I don’t want to” times.
