Watch Service UK are excellent. I had an IWC and Longine (which had stopped working) and asked for a quote to service and repair. Very reasonably priced, so I left them for the work to be carried out. I received a call within the quoted time, to say that they were ready for picking up. I collected them and both looked fantastic and in full working order. This plus a two year warranty is certainly very good value. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
I'd tried a couple of places to get a decent quote to service my Rolex Submariner, before speaking with watchserviceuk. They gave me a reaosnable quote and sounded quite knowledgable, so I posted out my watch. A couple of weeks later I had a call to say the watch was ready. I paid the bill and 2 days later it was back home. Looked like new and worked as well as ever. Many thanks Arnold I shall definitely be back next time I need a service.
This company quoted £25 to change a battery on an Omega watch. The watch was working fine apart from this. Once they received the watch they said it didn't work and wanted an additional £100 to service the watch. They say they have replaced the battery but the watch has been returned and is now not working. Do not use this company.

The watch you sent to us for a replacement battery arrived in a non-working condition (I assume that is why you thought it needed a new battery). Having replaced the battery we ran it for a few hours to make sure it was OK and noticed that it continued to stop and that is when we informed you that it needed a full service (£100 without spare parts) to rectify. As you know we are still awaiting payment for the battery replacement and will return it to you, or if you want the service to be undertaken do that for you. Just because we have advised you that your watch needs a service to correct a latent defect (as opposed to just a battery replacement) it does not mean that we are cheats. We have not charged you anything extra, just pointed out work that needs to be performed. We are professional in our work, have a good reputation to maintain and would certainly not make up stories to drive up revenue. It is our desire to truly ensure our clients are satisfied, would never suggest work that does not need to be performed and look to drive business through good service and referral.

I used this company to fit a new battery to a Longines ladies watch. I called in to their workshop (Fleet St London) and they actually fitted it while I waited! Guaranteed two years as well. Would certainly use again as the service was very professional and is keenly priced.
