I left it late to get my Omega Seamaster battery replaced before I went on Holiday. I shouldn't have worried. Arrived on time as promised.

My watch is around 20 years old and I have always used this company to replace my batteries. They are quick and reliable and every time my watch comes back, it looks brand new thanks to the sonic clean.

I have owned an Omega Seamaster for over 12 years and was sceptical of sending it for a service & repair to a company rather than a main dealer as cost played a big part. My fears were allayed almost immediately as communication was first class on what would happen and a regular progress report was placed. The watch was collected from my home address and I was able to track it. Further emails ensued to say it had arrived. After a couple of weeks it was returned and I must say it looks much better than what I sent it! All scratches on the strap are gone and it shines. I have worn the watch every day since new so you can imagine what is was like….dull & scratches all over. I highly recommend Watch Repair UK Ltd for any work you might need 😁

Brilliant service. Dropped Omega Seamaster off on a Friday - it could have been collected but I was in the area. The following Wednesday it was delivered back with battery renewed, sealed and pressure tested. Sensible pricing by friendly small outfit. Two Omega agent jewellers had previously quoted a minimum of a two month turnaround.

I recently got a repair quote from Tag that made me look at alternative options. Watch Repair UK under one of their website names, Tag Time, quoted me a reasonable price and carried out the repairs in about a week and a half.

Seems like a friendly small company that communicates well and charges fair prices. Very happy and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to LVMH's official repair centre.

Simply first class service

Sent a watch off with a relatively simple repair.
Was very reasonably quoted. Very friendly and professional thought out the whole process.

Fixed the watch with a quick turn around, also they were kind enough to give the watch a ultra sonic clean.

Even when I bombarded them with emails [my fault] they stayed in touch and keept my upto date.

Trust me if you need a watch repair contract these guys, I promise you won't be disappointed.

I sent in my 20-year-old Omega De Ville for repair and service. I found the communication to be excellent throughout. A significant part replacement was needed for the repair (which understandably took time to obtain from Switzerland) but the watch is now fully functional again and running well. Very pleased with the work.

I sent my 30 year old Raymond Weil Parsifal to Watch Repair UK for a battery change, service and refurb. It came back looking absolutely brand new and working perfectly. The bracelet was a mix of polished and brushed stainless steel links that over the many years of0 service had lost their definition. WRUK have faithfully restored that, polishing / brushing each link back to its original spec. Really pleased with the service and outcome. Would have been 5 stars but took 4 1/2 weeks from them receiving it to me getting it back which felt like a long time. Their normal quoted turnaround is 3-4 weeks though so only just outside the window.

My ten year old Raymond Weil ladies watch needed a service as it had stopped working. I would highly recommend this company as they kept me informed throughout and carried out the service quickly. Watch returned today and delighted with the result

I found Watch Repair UK completely by accident while looking for a nearby pub on Google Maps. It must have been fate as my old Omega Seamaster had very recently stopped changing date and was gaining 5 minutes a day. The clasp was also on it's third spring and this was now starting to cause one of the buttons to stick.

I made an online enquiry and was quickly quoted a price for a full service with any spare parts required being replaced. I organised to drop the watch off in person (I've become quite attached to it after 25 years and didn't want to post it) and made them aware of the clasp spring issue which they said they would check and be in touch with a solution before proceeding with any required work. I was quoted 6 weeks from drop off to collection which was about right in the end.

On collection day, my watch was ready to go. They explained all the work which had been done and saved the old clasp (I opted for a new one) so I could sell it for spares/repairs. I've had the watch back a fortnight and it is running like a dream again.

I wanted some links taking out of a watch bracelet and wanted to be sure of a professional job. I looked around and noticed that WRUK were getting excellent reviews and weren’t too far from me.

I made an appointment, a bit of a wait as they were busy, but no problem with that. I found them easily, in an idyllic rural setting with customer service to match.

For a highly skilled firm who work on high-end watches, mine was I’m sure a rather basic task, but still one that requires skill and know-how.

They soon assessed how many links to remove and carefully adjusted the length. I tried the watch and thought it was perhaps a bit slack. They took out a half-link and then it was a bit tight, so they put the half-link back in, i.e. they got it right first time. They were as keen to get it right as I was, and I think they have done precisely that.

Despite this being a small job, I was treated with the utmost courtesy and consideration in a relaxed friendly atmosphere, I was very impressed.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending this excellent small firm.

Quick reply to costing request, reasonable turnaround time and they kept to the original quote. Watch now working perfectly and looks like new again. Cannot fault service at all. Recommended
