They gave me very good advice and advised me on the best solution to increase the height of my toilet bowl, attach supporting handle bars and raising the seat height to cope with a hip replacement. They even sent me pictures to show my plumber on how everythinging fitted together.

The toilet is easy to use,and such a hygienic method. Installation is easy if using a straight through soil pipe ,but care must be taken if using p connections from the floor.
Very satisfied on the overall performance.

I read a lot of reviews and did considerable research before cropping my list of choices initially to Washloo and then more particularly to a specific model of the Washloo Levitate Monolith. A substantial and well designed product. Since installation it has proven to be the ideal choice. Fully adjustable and with foldaway arms to assist in rising, as my arthritic knees make this a painful process without assistance. The arms provide that help. The other designed features such as the warm seat, the ability to adjust easily the wash process and the different flush cycles confirm that I made a wise choice.

The product itself is better than I could have hoped. Whole family went from vicious mockery of me to thinking its great. Worth it just for the heated seat. Only regret is that i didn't spend more monies!

Requests for advice and guidance on which toilet were answered within an hour or two. It was Karen who told us about the disability discount that our plumber was not aware of but has made a big difference to the cost of our bathroom refurb; When there was a problem it was sorted out quickly within 48 hours. A small British company excellent to deal with.

Very helpful on the phone, but you were going to send me another connection pipe which I didn't receive.

The unit was delivered securely and promptly. My only critique would be that the instructions were missing a tiny "cork" that was stuck in the water-intake port on the unit itself and I didn't know what it was until I took a risk and yanked it out.

Would be nice if yanking out the cork was included in the instruction manual, but otherwise I have no complaints and will use this service again when it's time to sell my home!

Ordering and delivery experience was smooth and easy, the toilet seat is great, feels much better quality material than their smaller and cheaper product, and the design is much neater as well. The seat fits well in the toilet however, the toilet itself is too high for us (we are around 170 cm tall) and our feet can barely reach the ground when sitting on it and it makes the whole experience uncomfortable. I can’t recommend the base toilet especially for shorter people, but everything else is great, the toilet seats are definitely worth it!

The Washloo itself is great, it is easy to use and works really well. Delivery was easy and when requested. Customer service has been prompt and supportive when we have had a few questions about installation.
