In this digital age it is refreshing to find a company like Gathering Dust who answer the phone, call back when they promise to and honour their bids with immediate payment. Very happy with the service provided, courteous and friendly, offer was fair and as expected from research I had done, whole process was completed within 5 days from asking for postage label and money was in bank account within an hour of acceptance. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Very glad I found these people …
I had a box of just costume jewellery with some named pieces, I’d sent it to cash cow and was really disappointed with the offer and had it sent back, thought I’d give was gathering dust a try. Wow I’m so glad I did got a really nice offer from a lovely lady called Angela and the money was in my account within the hour. All I can say is 10 out of 10 for ease, friendliness and the offer! I’m already preparing another parcel. Hunting around my flat for all those things I like the look of but will never wear again. Brilliant !

Unless you’re sending gold or diamonds or some ultra rare artefacts which they’ll give you a couple of quid for I really wouldn’t bother ! Put it on a bidding website for a half decent return.

We understand your frustration regarding your items. Our valuations are based on several factors, that includes the precious metal content (if any), the condition of the items, the current market value, and the resale potential.
We always value each item individually.
Unfortunately, for some items, the resale market can be quite challenging, which means that sometimes we can't make an offer.
Selling on bidding websites can certainly be a good option for you. We wish you well.

You just couldn't get better service from anyone. Was excellent from the point of contact until the goods were delivered . We had a call saying goods delivered and the value.
The cash was paid into our bank on the same day.
So polite and professional every business should take note.
