Installation finished on same day as started, as advised. Carpets lifted day previous and re+laid day following. plumber had to attend on 2 occasions afterwards but all ok now.

Very happy with our new central heating system. The surveyor, installers and auditors all seemed very efficient.

One negative was that the work was due to be carried out the previous Thursday but was cancelled at very short notice on the Wednesday afternoon. This was very inconvenient.

The contact people, warm homes could not have been more helpful or nice, which at my age was a big help.
Because Getting a Full replacement Central heating – Plus a new supply all gas to my home, I was amazed at the speed that the installers managed to install the central heating (one day) Although it took me, October till march before it was all done and dusted.
The hold-up was SGN, getting the pipeline connected to my flat!
Many thanks once again to the team at head office for the professionalism and efficiency helping me through the whole time.

Great experience, few snags to be sorted but communication is great, everything working well and done in short space of time

Staff over the phone and those who visited the property were very helpful, pleasant to deal with and professional.
We had an old heating system which was very expensive to run it was also very unreliable.
Now thanks to Warmworks we have a low cost energy efficiency system which has transformed our house

From start to finish , works and all associated was first class

The ammount of work we had done in the house and loft was huge . I'm not going to say it was easy with the ammount of dust etc, but you can't pull walls to bits without some mess. In the long run it was a really great move to get it all done, there are always a few things which needed going over but everything was finished in a very acceptable manner. When you get back to normal you realise that the improvements to heating the house needed the boiler turned down. We got this done though a grant with warmworks. I'd strongly advise you. The inspector from Warmworks checks how the firm that carried out the work have done, and they did a good job, but he found the the extractor in the bathroom hadn't been conected up properly, so you have the assurance that all the work is chaecked out by a professional. If you can get the grant, I'd say it saved us about £14,000. What's not to like.

Over all everything was good from start to finish although it did take a while to complete but I don't have any complaints. I now have a battery to compliment my solar system so I hope this will cut my bills.Always helpfull and polite towards me 5 stars.

All the trades were clean, tidy and very respectful. The job was carried out extremely quickly.

I have rated our experience of dealing with Warmworks and Sureserve, the installation team as 5 Star, for the following reasons:
Superior quality of equipment installed and also delivery of components, where appropriate, was achieved as planned.
Installation teams including carpet fitters and joiners consistently arrived as promised.
Work was carried out with care and efficiency at all stages of the project and this level of efficiency extended to the team who successfully applied for local authority planning permission for the project.
When completed, the installation team left the premises in a clean and tidy condition with minimal, inevitable, cosmetic work to be completed by ourselves.
Communications between ourselves, Warmworks and Sureserve were excellent throughout.
All in all a very successful experience which well deserves 5 Stars.
