Professional and trusted
I contacted Warm and Cosy as 2 of my old storage heaters had stopped working.Steve rang that evening to to discuss the job.Everything explained and all my questions answered. Steve arrived as arranged and repaired my 2 heaters. I was very happy . Steve even rang back next day to make sure we were happy with job.
Highly recommend, will definitely contact them again, a really nice guy.

Steve is an absolute gentleman
Steve is an absolute gentleman. From the moment I made an online enquiry, we spoke on the phone and advised which Dimplex units to use. He installed the two units on Saturday which was convent to us and the heating has been transformational. 11 out of 10 and comes highly recommend as an expert in Dimplex installations.

My daughters storage heater stopped functioning, Warm and Cosey booked me in for the repair, turned up on time , got the heating back on in a timely manner.

Steve returned call and quoted very quickly and he and Andy installed the heaters within a week and were easy to get on with and very neat and tidy in their work. Would recommend.

Steve was proactive in coming over to us on a weekend, and giving us helpful and impartial advice before starting a job for us. He also has a friendly demeanour and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.

Brilliant service and installation!
Brilliant service and installation! Steve & Andy turned up on time and even squeezed me in on a Sunday (so I would be warm for winter) but were careful to avoid drilling and banging until normal hours. They were friendly, quick and efficient and took care not to make any mess but also cleaned up and took everything away afterwards. A brilliant service - I'm delighted with the new heaters which they took me through.

They promptly, attentively, competently and efficiently carried out all installation and repair work in clean and tidy fashion.
All work was completed to my full satisfaction and I would both use them again and not hesitate to fully recommend them for all electrical work.
