Clayton at WS in Owens Place, Mount Maunganui is great. Service with a smile and so helpful. He is my go to man for any stationery or office equipment that I require. He has great knowledge on printers etc. If he is not there on the day I go in, I will come back when he is. Nice to deal with a person who is never rushed and takes the time to listen to what is needed.

Over the past few years, the service at Warehouse Stationery is appalling, the staff are not motivated to work and it feels quite toxic to go into the store. No one is happy and when I questioned a staff member they were not being interested. I now go to officemax where the service is better and the prices are a little more than warehouse stationery but to me its worth it.

Takes 7 days to get some photos printed. Faster to draw.

I've been in WH stationary Burswood and I have a very bad experience, I print $14 photo and by mistake I did not edit this photo because this is the first time I use their computer, and I'm not good on that, then after printing it was not centered and the picture was cut, so a ask them to consider my mistake, but unfortunately they ask me again another $14 to reprint. So disappointing experience.

Been to WH stationery manukau . Absolutely terrible service. I wish could give 0 rating.
Went to print some photos. Apparently no one knew how much time it will take. I end up spending 1 hour.

Lower hutt warehouse stationery has terrible customer service. Not helpful. Not a full shop, lots of staff doing their own thing and not attending to customers first. Stood waiting while four staff were behind counter probably waiting for which one of them will serve me. Waited for a printer, they said would come in within a week after two weeks, went to the next local whs Petone and they had 20 of them. Incompetent staff probably didnt even order any in and could have looked up if there were any in a nearby store.

Ordered a chair online, that I didnt hear back until after a week when they let me know that it is not in colour I want. I told them that I am happy with any colour and then I kept waiting for order and never heard back. I contacted again, to which I was told the chairs were never in stock online shown. I told that I am happy to wait. I kept waiting for around 2-3 weeks and then they cancelled the order on their own. When asked they said I have to order again. I paid through Zip and got promotion discount of $20 that was not valid after a while and even when I put review on their website they never published. I bought a couple of office desks and chair from them, wobbly substandard desks and chairs do not last more than six months. One desk's legs broke when I was just moving it from one corner to another. The chair's cushioning was quickly gone and hurt my legs. There are other sellers selling better and cheaper stuff. I ordered this time commercial grade chair that I never received and their customer service is pathetic.

WAREHOUSE STATIONERY SUCKS!
Went to WS The Base at 10.30am yesterday to buy stationery as my sons school started term later than some other schools. I walk in and I honestly wouldn’t have thought they even sold stationery since it was nowhere visible upon entry! I go to the counter ask the women standing there if they even sold stationery she tells me what isle to go to she then says she hasn’t been down there yet so shes not sure how hard it was shopped lastnight, I was dumbfounded and thinking like what it’s 10.30 what have you been doing for the last 2hours or so since the shop opened obviously not replenishing the stationery isle 🤦🏻‍♀️ And of course down the one tiny stationery isle the Shelves were EMPTY tiny display table EMPTY, not the right pricing stickers on the Shelves so it was hard to find where things should be! Long lines started forming at counter because again they had not replenished any stock! That same women done nothing but stand behind the counter printing god knows what instead of tending to the lines of people 🤦🏻‍♀️ Luckily the guy behind the counter was lovely and polite and helped a little bit before getting another long line to tend to then another women whom was down the isle helping everyone eventually was able to help me find everything I needed bar one item which I was happy with and she was lovely 😊 I can bet the 2 lovely ones do all the work and old mate does basically jackshit allday 🤦🏻‍♀️ After 1/12 hours of mostly standing around waiting for stock to be replenished and dealing with a women with pispoor customer service I can definitely say I’ll always prefer to shop at OfficeMax before this place ever again however they only have online now which I’m so sad about and was the only reason I went to WS 😭 Was super exciting walking into their OM store in Hamilton and everything was laid out neatly making it so easy to find items needed and the variety and copious amounts of stock were to die for 😍😂 I guess when you hit 30 shopping for books is your excitement for the day 😂 Think thats called mature Adulting these days 😂

I had problems with a canvas print cause my dyslexia caused me to misread an email. The customer service a St Lukes was very quick in reply to my emails and sorted the problem in the same day.

I can't believe the Lower Hutt Warehouse Stationery is still in business. I feel very sorry for the staff. I have tried to print a few times now for my degree and every time it has been messed up something awful. Same manager every time I have tried to print. The staff there look absolutely miserable. Please for your staff and customers create a better environment. I strongly advise if it is something important you want to print, go somewhere else.

WHY why why would I put trust in warehouse stationary rangiora to print photo's. Not my brightest moment. So who do I blame for posting me zoomed in, completely cropped out photos of my daughter. Them? Or me for assuming they have a single brain cell floating somewhere within the entire New Zealand team. Me I guess!

Door to door delivery nonexistent though advertised as such. Was emailed confirming goods delivered, No goods received. Tired calling ONE hour wait, emailed on THREE occasions, No reply.. I can forgive delays due to current covid environment, however this is a Joke.
Ordered place 03/05 still No goods, still No reply. Useless!!!!

Absolutely terrible service!!! Can't get through on any of their numbers, online chat down and they don't reply to emails. Ordered items to be delivered 3 weeks ago, some have arrived (bit by bit), but still missing many items. Do not order online from these guys, they clearly can't manage it!!!

Extremely poor service. Order basic keyboard online 4 weeks ago as essential item for work. Never arrived and ended up buying in a store when shops opened. Never order online from Warehouse Stationary

Easy to order online but very sad my parcel got sent arrived but I never received it. Been calling courier post only to get cut off. Went to the local store to be told they can't help. Very nicely tho.. Just a bit sad and mad.. Wht to do next.

Worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing online. Placed an order on an iPhone Xr, received order confirmation stating they would send updates when item is shipped, I received no email or any confirmation for days. Emailed and called them multiple times with no answer, then finally over a week later they answered my call with the worst customer service ever, told me that the phone was on back order and was unavailable for purchase and they would refund me in 3-5 days. The phone should never have been listed on the website in the first place and it should never have been available for purchase.

Daughter put an order in for her son's stationary on Wednesday haven't received it. He starts school Monday. Computer glitche they say. Will have to reorder. It will take another 2 to 3 days. It was a special order for his jumbo stationary to help with his reduced vision.

Ordered a pair of desks 11 days ago and they have still not been delivered. Dispatched on January 23rd and it is now Jan 31.
Lack of response from customer service staff.
Supplier insisted I contact freight company myself.

Bought a Office chair over 3 weeks ago and couldn't put it together due to the screws not lining up. As per their return policy, I emailed to get it picked up and a replacement sent. After 1 week with no reply, sent another email. Another week, still no reply so called their 0800 number. Was on hold for 17 mins and gave up. Rang up their Head office and all they said was there was a delay on the phones. No help at all. As a Business that has an account with Warehouse Stationery, will be closing it and going with someone else

Ordered a click and collect item. It's supposed to take 3-5 days to arrive, but after 5 days I got an email saying it'll take a little longer. Fine, I thought, so I waited a few days then contacted them to find out where my order was. I was told (on Friday) that it'll be available to collect on Tuesday. So, I didn't hear anything on Tuesday, so I rang them:

Tuesday: where's my item?
Them: it'll be here tomorrow

Wednesday: where's my item?
Them: it'll be here tomorrow

Thursday: where's my item?
Them: it'll be here tomorrow
Me: really? you said that yesterday and the day before etc.
Them: yep, definitely tomorrow.

Friday: where's my item?
Them: it'll be here next week

So... I've missed out the parts where they said they'll ring back (they have never done so). And I've missed out the part where they include a link in the email they send you you to say "contact us", but this takes you to a "warehouse" contact form (not a "warehouse stationery" contact form), whereby the agent just informs you that you need to contact "warehouse stationery" direct (not "warehouse"), despite this being the link they provide in the email.

Basically, if you're waiting for an item, expect to be in for a long wait, and don't expect to be able to be told exactly how much of a long wait. And don't ever expect a call back.
