Were the trousers really lost?
I ordered two pairs of trousers from them but the colours were wrong for me. The company does not do free returns - so I paid to send them back. The shop said they never arrived and as I hadn't used the method of return suggested in the very small print, they claimed no responsibility and said I should claim from the Post Office. The maximum you can claim is £20 - which has about half the amount I'd lost. The point on the map, where the PO says they delivered to, looks like it was just outside the shopping centre where the shop is located - but they claimed it must have been delivered elsewhere. I bet that a stock take of the green and red trousers would have turned up an extra pair of both. An easy way to boost your profit. Won't be buying from them again.
