I purchased Cricket 24 for PC from this site, and despite receiving a ‘delivered’ status update, the product has still not arrived. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via calls and WhatsApp messages, but there’s been absolutely no response. While I understand that they’ve clearly stated limited support via email and no support on Instagram, completely ignoring phone calls and messages is unacceptable.

If the company is overwhelmed or unable to handle support at the moment, they should not continue to take orders. Scamming customers, even for a lower-cost product, is not the way to build trust. The lack of transparency and communication is frustrating. The owner needs to be aware that leaving customers in the dark this way doesn’t just damage the company’s reputation—it’s deeply unfair to the people who trusted them enough to make a purchase. Clear communication and respect for customers' time and money should be top priorities.

Dont fall into this trap.. i purchased two games (forza motofest and rdr2) yesterday. but, i received only one game(rdr2) i have contacted the number they gave and also i contacted their account in Instagram. I havent received any response from them.

See guys I was trying to find whether this site is legit or not. These online sites can build trust upon their customers if they provide proper phone no. On their website and listen to their customers feedbacks and can help them this assures customers to trust online sites as they have not provided the phone no. I am today not buying product from their site but I hope they will in future.

I've ordered mk1 from them, I didn't get any mail after purchase.

Action 1: I waited for the next morning, status was delivered and I didn't get any credentials mail at all.
So, I called them and dropped some messages over WhatsApp . For calls they didn't respond at all. WhatsApp I got a reply "Contact us on insta".

Action 2: When I open their insta followed and tried to send message, it's saying "You can't send messages unless they follow you". So I used some of their old stories to send message I send order ID but no response.
Also, mailed them no response.

Action 3: I don't know will they give me login details as they promised in their website...
but one thing is clear they didn't provide anything as of now(2 days) and the order is delivered...
So, Money Lost :)

Update: its been so many days they aren't responding.... No refund no Response from them it's a full scam!!!!

Update2: till now I didn't get any login details. Also, they stopped replying WhatsApp messages ..

No one contacted me on Instagram or Whatsapp so where you contacted me you do not have my email. Kindly process my refund at the earliest i don't need anything else.

Ordered 2 games, got only 1 account for 1 game and I'm trying to follow up with them for second game, however no response from them. Better avoid purchasing.

They try to do speedy delivery but are not always available to help, so I reduced one star. The rest is good. I haven't got a chance to play the game, so I will update accordingly. account is working perfectly fine but idky again and again it is asking for verification....

edit 2: the game is absolutely amazing. I just played through 8 bosses. It is an amazing game and support from this lad. he said his team is out right now, so delay was there...
edit 3: if u get logged out it takes an insane amount of time to get 2FA back to login.... really hard.. i would suggest not to buy
edit 4: he is trying to justify himself by replying to this review because this was done at particular events with different edits it is not like I have beef with him but just that the service was way to slow..........

This is a scam and fake website. They flaumt their trustpilot reviews on Instagram and website but they are just bots or self-made spam. You pay them and they promise instant delivery but nothing. You try and follow up with their contact number on WhatsApp which just tells you to contact their Instagram page and that's it. Instagram support does nothing except ask your order id and goes blind. No follow ups no nothing it's a blatant scam and please don't fall for it.
