I am New to the App. But unfortunately found that the Customer Support team is unable to resolve queries on time and take a lot of time to answer.

This is exactly the service I was looking for. It's super seamless (once you set it up). I was having issues and the CEO himself sat down with me over a call for 40+ minutes and helped me resolve it.

I'll recommend this to everyone I know for their event planning RSVP systems.

I like that this website allows me to send bulk messages but I feel let down that none of the of the customized variables added to the templates e.g. {{first name}} works when sending messages.

One of the best software I've ever come across. Seriously, I'm really impressed, but I'd like to make some suggestions. I'm trying to implement this software in Brazil or do work for companies here. I would like to suggest notification reports, for example doing research within WhatsApp, in the notification you provide information on clicks and their percentages of button clicks. You could have a report saved in txt or excel of these clicks.
