The modules are helpful, and the private Chanel you get with multiple different coaches allows you to get personalized advice. The only real drawback is the platform it’s on, Kajabi, can be somewhat buggy. The best part of it, however, is their flexibility; they know that affordability can be an issue, so they’re willing to work with you in terms of price and payment structure, something that no other program like it does.

Andrea provided an insider's perspective on what competencies an interviewer seeks during an interview. We discussed that the qualities attractive to the hiring committees are common across almost all banks. Therefore, we discussed what stories/responses to talk about to demonstrate those core values; and established a framework that will help me link any questions asked during an interview to the core competencies and in turn give a response that has all the elements of that specific competency.

They really want you to succeed! Just had my onboarding call. Met with Kirstin she assessed my situation gave me actionable recommendations (To improve my difficulties in breaking into banking) and assigned me an accountability mentor.

Great program. A lot of thorough information in the modules and really helps you get into a IB role. But you have to put in the work to see results.

I joined Sam's course in my junior year and realized his teaching method is better than any teacher I had before. Everything about his course is excellent: the accountability buddy, the kind and responsive coaches, and the daily office hours. My only regret is not signing up earlier.

Getting your own coaches and having the modules is fantastic for anyone who is not super familiar with the IB space. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is trying to break into the industry.

Sam explains the technical part in such an easy way to understand. It was much easier to understand these concepts going through the module rather than trying to memorize Mergers & Inquisition 400 questions guide. You also get to be a part of a great community, where everyone is willing to help you.

Great program so far with lots of resources that pretty much explain and prepare you for the entire process. The program only lacked that personal 'coaching' relationship which would've made it better. Would prefer if it could be customized further rather than everyone doing the same thing. Overall, 100% useful for recruiting for IB and best resource you can find.
