Spent almost £250 on 2 different types of wallpaper. Arrived in good time but one roll had holes and rips all down one edge for about 3m of the roll. Emailed Wallpaper-It at the end of January with my concerns including photos but have not received a response.
Very disappointing

What a surprise to see bad reviews for this company. I ordered 3 samples of Laura Ashley Wallpaper free of charge and large enough to get a feel for what they would look like on the wall. They arrived in a few days. I chose one and ordered 3 rolls next working day delivery on a Sunday night. I didnt expect them until Tuesday but they came by DPD Monday morning. Fantastic service in my opinion and lovely wall paper.

Returned an order, e mailed 3 times no reply, paid with Klarna who said it was Graham and Brown and my tracking is not valid, returned to wallpaper it as that’s the address given , total scam avoid

Excellent customer service after I made a mistake with my order. Wallpaper arrived quickly and in great condition.

Ordered the wallpaper I wanted from Wallpaper It as they were offering a promo code that made them cheaper than anywhere else.

I got a great price on my wallpaper and it arrived when I expected it and in good condition. Will keep Wallpaper It in mind when I am ready to decorate the next room.

I am very impressed! I ordered wallpaper samples, they arrived within 3 working days, and the quality is unreal!

We had some samples from wallpaper it and although they were small, could have done with bigger, it gave us a great idea of what it would look like. So I ordered 3 rolls they arrived in the allotted time. And I put it up, Laura Ashley paper, the best, it's great, we love it so much. And at 20%off the same papar at next it was a bargain really.

I received my order within 3 days.

.my decorator advised me there would be one roll over but as it had gone a couple of days over the time limit for returns I contacted the company for advise.
Customer service replied promptly advising me that they had put a note on my account and to return for a refund. The refund went into my bank within the week.
I think I received good customer service and would use this company again.

I hating that and it is so boring. There look so old no way i am going to get one. NO WAY

TERRIBLE COMPANY!
Sent me non matching batch numbers on my wallpaper.
Told refund will be 14 days after items received back to them.
Disgusting service from start to finish!
EDIT….. They sell your email address and you will get malicious emails at least 10 times a day.
Regarding refund….. I’ve gone to my card supplier to get my money back.
Avoid this disgusting company at all costs!

I have returned my items on the 12th of March and still waiting on a refund. (Its now the 17th of April)

After messing about trying to order from 'grahambrown.com' who sent samples requested by my wife, I found the website was actually 'Wallpaper it'.
Having selected and placed the order, I received an email addressed 'Hey Babe, What an Order', with a massive banner 'Hey Babe'.
CRINGE MAKING.
I then tried to email to draw attention to this inappropriate greeting, but neither the GrahamBrown or Wallpaperit email addresses are valid.
I have since been advised my order has been despatched. Let's hope the delivery and product are better than their greeting

Avoid Avoid.
They claim Next day delivery.
Only dispatched a week later.
I only used them for the next day delivery option.
Quite simply breaking consumer law by false advertising a service they don't supply.
There are lots more people who have had the same problem it seems.
Should have read these reviews before using this useless company.

Ordered some wallpaper and I waited a week and it still hadn't been dispatched. Asked to cancel order and as soon as I did they claimed it had been dispatched (surprise, surprise). Two days later received an email with tracking. Once received I sent it back at my own expense as there isn't a DPD near me. I was then informed that it would take 14 business days to get a refund. I did get a refund within 2 days but I didn't get a refund on the original postage paid. 🤷‍♀️

Loved the wallpaper but no option to get it picked up for return, only alternatives are 35 minutes away, sad they can't provide a pick up service like many other companies :(

Brought some super fresco wallpaper from this company after getting samples from them I made my choice. Arrived quickly and was exactly as expected. Had a roll extra and was able to return that via my DPD centre easily and receive the refund. Very happy and looks great.

14 working days for my refund is ridiculous.

First time I've used this company and can honestly say I would highly recommend. I had to re-book my delivery because I made an error with the delivery address and the customer service was exceptional. They helped me update the correct details and rebooked my delivery no problem. Very pleased, thank you so much.
