I would like to highly recommend JASON, who helped us organize our trip. He was incredibly polite, patient, and dedicated – from start to finish, we felt like we were in great hands. We changed our plans multiple times, switched cities, looked for alternative options, and Jason handled it all with a smile, understanding, and genuine helpfulness. Not only was he flexible with our ideas, but he also offered great suggestions himself, kept sending us updates, and stayed in constant contact with us. From first point of contact Jeramy worked hard to tailor make a package for us. He sorted flights, substituted hotels and arranged transfers for us, creating a bespoke package to Vietnam and Thailand, removing the stress and for a reasonable price. Although we haven’t yet travelled, if the holiday itself matches the planning service we wil definitely consider using Wallmark again for future holidays

Jason is my Wallmark point of contact. So far I have had a good experience, always replies on time, very helpful and giving all details. This is my first time to work with this agency. My trip is booked for November, so I can't say anything for the hotels and the trip overall but I believe everything will be good. What I like is the flexibility offered in payments and the reasonable prices. I would recommend the agency.

I found Wallmark through social media and after just coming back from Pattaya we decided that we would go back again next year but a different part and obviously some islands.Wallmark was advertising Thailand trips so I made an enquiry to get a idea how much the trips were.Alex from Wallmark contacted me through what’s app and asked me where and when l would like to go and he would get back to me with costs.Initially we couldn’t find anything in our budget as we wanted to include another country as well as Thailand .Alex was understanding and very professional in his work.We spoke over a couple of days and eventually we found the right holiday at the right price.I have now received etickets and all confirmation for our holiday next year,we also had the option of a monthly payment plan which suited us better.I just like to say that l have had a good experience with Wallmark Travel & Tours and as well as online they are contactable by telephone as well.Thanks for you patience Alex with our changing hotels but was no problem for you.

A friend of mine suggested a 3 in 1 vacation ( Kuala Lumpur+ Bali ( Kuta+ Nusa Dua+ Bangkok) through the Wallmark Holiday UK. We were in Ireland (Dublin) I was a little skeptical, so I let her ,,take care " of everything, because
my tickets were added later. I was told that everything its perfect, except that
one of the hotels didn't have the same
room as my friends, but I got another
room for the same price
Being a little confused, I contacted Wallmark, and Josh was very prompt in explaining things to me, I will get a bigger room .

We had a great experience with Dylan at Wallmark Holidays.

Our trip to Bali was a trip of a lifetime, Dylan adapted the trip to exactly what we were after with two destinations and flights that reduced our jet lag.

Everything was very easy and smooth from airport transfers in Bali, to payment plan, to flights. It was made very clear who to contact if we had questions before or during the trip, which is always great peace of mind.
