Josh is our saviour! We had just about given up on booking a multi stay holiday to Thailand this Christmas when by chance we contacted Wallmark holidays. Due to bad experiences with other online agents we were reluctant to proceed with the enquiry however Josh soon restored our faith and with his help we managed to secure a booking for the dates we wanted, in hotels we wanted, in the correct locations for the correct amount of time - basically everything we wanted and within budget. This was not the case with other agents/ companies! We’ve already recommended the company to friends who want to visit Thailand next year. At no point were we made to feel pressured to book and even felt comfortable enough to make slight tweaks to our request - nothing was too much for Josh and he kept us updated throughout. Thank you Josh you certainly saved the day!

Wallmark managed a family holiday for us, with four destinations, transfers, hotels and flights. We got to our second destination. Verdant Hill Hotel, did not disappoint, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and pool to rest the tired legs. 20 minute walk to the Petronas Towers and wow what a site to behold. Fantastic three night break before leaving to our next destination. These guys know there locations for getting the best out of a city break. Booked a private tour with get your guide to see all the main sites. So three nights was plenty to box of this city of culture and feast for the eyes!!!

I have dealt with 2 or 3 different members of the team whilst exploring holiday options. Everyone was very helpful & not pushy & came up with excellent alternatives. I’ve booked for Bali later in the year & can’t wait. First class company to deal with.

Ryan quoted for a far east trip to include Bali, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok including all hotels and return flights. The price was really good. I even changed my dates which was accommodated. The service I received was very helpful and I can recommend this company. Thank you Ryan

My experience so far so good, the team were really helpful in particular Jason. I was a bit dubious and afraid of scams etc, but the team were reassuring and addressed all concerns duly. The package was quite inclusive and Jason was more than happy to go back and forth me make changes as requested. I am yet to go on my trip, but I am hoping to be a returning customer should all things go well.

I booked a holiday deal to Italy today and had an absolutely amazing experience! The trip is well-organized and offers great value for money. A big shoutout to Jason, who handled everything with professionalism and honesty from the very beginning.Having previously used Wallmark for my Paris trip, it was a no-brainer to return. Amazing service from start to finish

A great all round experience booking out upcoming trip to Kuala Lumpa and Bali. Extremely responsive and you get instant answers to all your questions. Great advice and recommendations as well. We mainly dealt with Jeramy and he and his colleagues have been superb in handling our booking. We mainly communicated through whatsapp and while it was the first time i have booked a holiday this way i had no concerns and it was a supper efficient process. We still have the holiday to look forward to, but at this stage I wouldn’t hesitate to use again
