Thailand trip…
We booked our family holiday to Thailand with Wallmark Holidays, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Zac guided us through every step, helping us navigate all the options — from flight times to connections between different parts of Thailand — with patience and expertise. He was always responsive, even on weekends, and it was clear he had our best interests at heart throughout. I’ve since recommended him to two other families who are now booking their own trips. I couldn’t recommend Zac and Wallmark Holidays highly enough.

By far the best trip ever...
Josh at Wallmark holidays was absolutely fantastic, I was very specific with what I wanted, Josh organised it all, and added some extra treats.
Out of all tour ops ive used in the past, wallmark and Josh have been the absolute best. In future, mallmark will be my go-to operator.

The company Wallmark Holidays UK was the most efficient and the person I dealt with was called Alex and was the most helpful and courteous person who couldn't do enough for me. It was the first time I have ever booked a holiday on.line and at 80 years old wasn't looking forward to it but he helped me through it all the way and I wouldnt hesitate to use this company again. Fantastic Guidance and Personalised Itinerary Planning thanks to Zac at Wallmark
We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Zac at Wallmark Holidays while planning our trip to Thailand. Over the past few days, Zac has been incredibly patient and attentive, helping us shape the perfect itinerary across Phuket, Koh Lanta, Krabi and Bangkok.
He took the time to really understand the kind of trip we wanted – finding a great balance between organised excursions and free time to explore at our own pace. We also really appreciated his help in arranging private transfers between the airports and hotels, and guiding us through the details of adding baggage allowance for our internal flights.
Nothing ever felt too much trouble and communication has been excellent throughout. We feel very confident and excited for our trip thanks to his support. Highly recommend Zac and Wallmark Holidays!

Wallmark Holidays offered a tailored…
Wallmark Holidays offered a tailored experience on a recent Vietnam & Cambodia trip.
In general the itinerary was good.
The hotels in Cambodia were acceptable and fairly basic.
As a frequent solo traveller I always double check transfers, hotels etc.
However on an expected transfer from a hotel to the airport, the driver did not show and I had to find my own way to the airport at a huge expense.
The time difference to the UK meant I couldn’t contact the agent.
Very disappointed and when I was contacted on my return there was no effort at compensation just an apology from Alex the assigned agent!
This personal experience has had a negative impact on using this company in the future.
I’m sure others will hopefully have a better one!
There are so many other companies to explore!
