I have already written a review about how fantastic this company has been through the process of me booking this trip that I have never done before and honestly Zac has been an absolutely amazing operator. I wanted to amend a booking once I got here and he did seamlessly with no stress at all n has since checked in with us just to check we are still happy in our holiday. Outstanding customer service will definitely be using them again!

I had a really positive experience with Wallmark Holidays and would happily recommend them. I spoke with Alex, who was very helpful, informative, and easy to talk to throughout the process. Although I was added as an extra passenger and the booking itself was tailored to the original booker, Alex still made sure everything was clearly explained and that any questions or concerns were addressed promptly.
Alex was patient, professional, and reassuring at all times, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent and the service felt reliable and well-organised. Overall, a great experience with Wallmark Holidays.

Our Family Holiday
Ive already been with wallmark for quite a while. I would like to thank jason, my agent his very accomodating. I was on constant communication with him. I recently ask him to book for me to go back to bangkok just after coming back from holiday I felt 2 weeks was too short this time we were in bangkok and changrai for 3 weeks with my whole family. We celebrated christmas and new year there.
