Hello… towels
Hello…
Afraid I’m very disappointed with my towel purchase… these are not the fluffy towels I had made up my mind to purchase!
I would look and hold them in Napier store, and pledged to buy them.. so luxurious…
Sadly these towels are very different, had I known I wouldn’t have ordered them?
So disappointed as your products are normally great quality. We love our feather plus cotton duvet inners… gorgeous!

Thank you Olga for your feedback on our Oasis Towel Set. These are the same towels we have been selling for many years and our most popular. We always suggest soaking them overnight in cold water (only) before the first wash to open up the fibres but, even if you don't do this, these towels are still beautiful and absorbent. Line drying them on a still day will leave them feeling a bit stiff at first but a quick spin in the dryer usually fluffs them up. Team WC
