I recently bought two pillowcases online, which arrived really quickly, however when they arrived I realised that I had bought the wrong size. I rang their online number to explain what had happened and they said that there was no problem to send them back to exchange them, however I needed them urgently so asked whether I could do this instore since I was heading into town which was perfectly fine and easy. Great quality and look very smart too.

I ordered a voucher on Tuesday for my sister timed to reach her for her birthday last Thursday. I added her email address and a birthday message. As of yesterday Saturday it hadn’t arrived. I have emailed the company to ask them what has happened. Disappointing!!!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, the retail assistant instantly said I could swap the item - even being on sale. She provided help and advice at appropriate times. Wallace cotton is dear to my heart, I have shopped there since enterprise street opened. My mom adored Wallace cotton, although she passed 18 years ago, the memories are clear and lovely. The Quality has been consistent over the years, I’m still using sheets mum purchased for me.
