Shoes don’t fit properly, asked for a refund & return address , said they will only offer a different size or store credit & wouldn’t give return address. Said I didn’t want either , want a refund and want to return them, not had a reply back, a very poor company

Ordered a pair of shoes, circumstances changed a day later and I asked if I could cancel the order as the item hadn't shipped

I was advised that the order couldnt be cancelled despite it not having been processed but they would resolve the return for me once it had been delivered.

I contacted them when delivery arrived, it took 2 days to reply. They asked for more info as to why I wanted to return them, I quoted the original correspondence, another 2 days passed. I chased for a reply, they then asked for photos of the delivery. I provided these with item still in the box.

Another day passed, I chased again for another update

I received another email, advising they had reviewed my request and despite consumer law saying you can return online purchases within 14 days, they have refused and said they will only offer store credit.

Absolutely disgraceful company. Bought the Samba Jane’s to go on a trip and as I left the plane the Velcro on both shoes came undone, I had to redo about 5 times, in the end I had to change shoes before I had even left the airport! So they are unwearable! Definitely fakes, QR code shows Adidas Gazelles. They will not refund as it was over 7 days. They also state they are “an independent brand, featuring our own designs and premium craftsmanship. We are not affiliated with Adidas, and these are not an Adidas-branded product”, yet advertise as Adidas and came in an Adidas box! Do not buy from these people.

Placed order without checking reviews - DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE - not heard anything and from reading other reviews expecting fakes if they ever appear !!!

Ordered a pair of Samba Jane 29 of April, they arrived 12th of May, too big and wide fitting, totally slipping off my narrow foot. Asked for a refund and have been ran around the houses with them asking me to donate the trainers to a charity and let them know with pictures as evidence, which l eventually did and still can not get my money back. Do not touch this company with a barge pole, they will try their hardest not to refund you. They eventually said on the 29th of May l would have a refund in 5-10 days depending on my bank lol. Well it has been over that time so l queried it with them and they have asked for evidence of my donation of the shoes as they have different platforms, which is a lie!!!

Avoid! Would give zero stars if an option.
Shipped from China, took weeks to arrive in the UK. Then their courier left parcel insecurely outside and I await resolution, they are not responding. Walkside Wear are not to be trusted. I have no shoes and no refund.

Very disappointed with my purchase. After only a month, the Adidas logo has peeled off, the lining is also coming unglued, and the Velcro doesn't hold well. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. I do not recommend these shoes.

Bought shoes advertised as Adidas for £69.90. The fit was too small and the quality seemed poor, leading me to question their authenticity. Refund was refused, then approved only after multiple photo requests. They later demanded I donate the shoes to charity before refunding me. Very concerning experience.

Clearly a scam company. I'm normally good at spotting fakes but got taken in by this one. Bought Samba Mary Janes. Clear knock offs. Refund policy a joke. Feel a bit stupid. Should have checked Trustpilot first!

Counterfeit Adidas poor quality knock off. I thought it was an American company but it’s a drop shipping from China deal. I’ve applied to my bank to recall the payment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Ridiculous 'returns' policy with no timeframe instructed means I'm not getting my money back. Scammers. Avoid.

Took a really long time to come, packaging is questionable. Does not look like its been shipped by a legitimate company. Says they do not refund but offered to exchange if i send pictures of measurements of my feet (!!) - which is different from the website. Have responded asking for return and waiting for a reply.

I believe Walkside Wear sold me counterfeit Adidas Samba Jane shoes and then refused a refund. I compared the shoes directly with an authentic pair purchased from Foot Locker, and there were multiple clear differences: incorrect US sizing on the box/shoe tags, different insole, leather, strap thickness, sole material, shoe shape, and lower-quality Samba stamping.
The shoes were unused, in original condition, in the original packaging, and defective/incorrect. I requested a refund under their policy, but Walkside Wear refused and only offered an exchange. They also asked me to donate the shoes and send photo/video proof before processing an exchange, which I found extremely concerning.
I have escalated the issue through PayPal. I strongly caution buyers against purchasing from Walkside Wear.

4 weeks and still nothing has arrived, when you track the package it updates very slowly and I don't believe the information on the tracker . I do not have any faith in them arriving and if they ever do I know think they will be fake.

I ordered sneaker trainers in size 9, but the shoes that arrived were nowhere near the correct size and were far too big.

When I contacted customer service, they told me to donate the shoes and send them a video as proof, promising they would send a replacement pair afterwards. I did everything they asked, including sending the video.

After that, they stopped responding completely. No replacement, no refund, and no replies to my emails.

I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of these sneakers. The materials feel premium, the details are beautiful, and they are extremely comfortable for everyday wear.

The sizing was accurate and the fit was perfect. I also loved how stylish they look in person. I’ve already received several compliments wearing them.

Customer support was very helpful and responsive whenever I had a question. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth it.

awful. Ordered a pair of trainers over three weeks ago and they haven't arrived. In the meantime the company has not given any update, no tracking, no delivery date and zero communication. I finally managed to get through to someone via email only to tell me the parcel had been delivered and no one was home and they had left a card. There was no card. I queried this and was told oh they had made a mistake it was delivered today, but again no one home (we were home all day) and again no card. They told me to start contacting local depos, no detail of which company had even made the delivery. Basically they are a scam. I don't even believe any trainers have been shipped. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER
