Poor online customer service
I had very bad experience getting a refund I had to phone 3 times just to get the refund. Was waiting on them to return a call and they never bother to do so.

Very smart looking.
The package was delivered on time. It was a present for my daughter, and I had it delivered straight to her home. It was a bonus that it was bow tied nicely as I did not have time to personally wrap it. The size was perfect and it looked very smart on her.
