Scam - while you can log into the website and get the music - which does calm my dog, I paid the supposedly one off fee for lifetime access - they have now taken £87. There is no contact address, email address, phone number or chatbot that I can see on their website. I have very little hope of getting this money back but I have blocked the payment on my bank account so I'm hoping that works. 30th July 2025 After a couple of email chasers and a request through the chat it I got confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and a refund of last payment.

After trying EVERYTHING - anxiety vests, CBD treats, three different trainehis was our last hope. The transformation was gradual but real. By day 5, Buddy was greeting visitors without jumping. I was skeptical at first - $19 for some melodies? But after 6 months of expensive trainers getting nowhere with my rescue pit mix Luna, I was desperate. Day 3 and she's already sleeping through thunderstorms! The science behind it actually makes sense when you read about it. No more destroyed couch cushions when I go to work. Worth every penny.

The website said unlimited access, one-time fee and lifetime access. However my card was charged the fee, then the same day another fee more than double, and another large fee at the end of the same month. The portal is not easy to use or at all what I was expecting. It is not simply access to calming music and it is not easy to play on other devices.

It never said anywhere that it was a monthly fee. I got the $49 life time access but apparently it's life time if you pay monthly. Still trying to get money and might have to cancel my card for them to stop billing. Total scam, Dog TV is on YouTube and you don't have to pay for it (as long as you pay YouTube no ads so works just fine)

Be very wary of this company!
I signed up hoping that the music would help my dog's separation anxiety. I paid £15 for access to the basic program & was offered a free week's trial to the full package. I foolishly clicked yes but have now discovered that they have taken the £36 the same day anyway. I have contacted my bank. Don't bother with this company at all. You can't even stream or download the music. They have scammed me.
