Really nice guy that came out to see why my car wouldnt start.bstraight forward battery issue which was sorted and approproate advice given for getting the battery replaced.

Terrible guy came with a child to recover my car and wouldn’t recover car to where I asked him to just left it in a car park

Very helpful and understanding with my experience of car not starting. Couldn't get it started so took me to my own garage so car was safe. Thankyou.

There were a couple of things that made some difficulties. It was during the Friday rush hour so things were busy and I was in an area with no signal. So I was waiting with no updates.
But it ask ended happily, the recovery vehicle appeared and he quickly found the problem which did require recovery. This was carried off with care.

I was told the wait was over an hour but luckily using the map I was able to watch were the recovery van was it arrived within half an hour got my car going within couple minutes great service very nice and friendly man

A bit of a wait but not as long as expected, given the extreme weather. Problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly. Mechanic was very friendly and polite. Highly recommended!

Everything from my initial phone call to the recovery driver dropping off our car at our chosen garage was smooth, on time, and very efficient. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful.

Whilst appreciate a breakdown New Year’s Eve is a tough time , after ringing and ringing we received no answer to our call for assistance . After 30 mins we got through but was then cut off and no return call even though the agent had the contact number . Tried calling again but no answer . Had to abandon car and get help to get home to then return the next day . Waited 2 hours for help . Guy was super lovely but was told to recover and not even look at the fault .

Extremely nice gentleman arrived very quickly and jump started my car. Emergency Assist informed me that as I had premium cover if it was the battery my car would be taken to a garage nominated by me. Unfortunately this information was not given to Vrcr and they were only asked to check the battery. This clearly was NOT the fault of Vrcr. The engineer from Vrcr was excellent and I highly recommend him.
