We had high expectations when we booked this service, but once we started the trip, our experience was extremely disappointing. We returned from this trip just a few days ago, and we were travelling with children as well. During the trip, almost every driver had a different attitude and behaved unprofessionally. Some Trevor were not even willing to speak to us properly. We repeatedly felt that their main focus was on money.
The guide who accompanied us was also not professional and spoke to us disrespectfully. In addition, the company kept asking for separate additional payments at different places.
We were told that we would visit around 10 places, but in reality, we were taken to only 6 places. The hotels provided to us were also not satisfactory in terms of cleanliness. The situation became so bad that we were even told, "if you can stay here, then stay, otherwise, leave".
Travelling with children, this kind of treatment and poor organization was extremely disappointing for us. Overall, there was a clear difference between the service promised and what was actually provided, including the attitude, hotels, and itinerary. This made our entire trip a very disappointing experience.
