I engaged Vox Ghostwriting to help me because they offered a reasonable price, and I am on a fixed income and budget. However, they immediately set to trying to upsell me everything from inflated ISBN numbers to marketing services. I purchased ISBN numbers, but they insisted my numbers were no good, I paid a reasonable amount for them, Vox tried to charge me $1500 for 1 number, and I paid $250 for 5 from the source. Also, they just use AI to write the books they offer to help you with, and the quality of the material is bland and has no real purpose other than being word salad that I had to rewrite. So I stopped working with them and left a poor review on TrustPilot. I was then called by someone named Elvish, (really?) who said he was the owner and would honor the original deal if I would remove my poor review from TrustPilot. So upon his plea, I removed it and sent the finished manuscript for them to complete. Since then, nothing good has happened, no work was done, and so I am uploading another review in the hopes others will not fall for the fake 5-star reviews you see on here.After my experience, I find it very hard to accept that anyone would leave a good review about them. Its a scam biz model designed to make you think your book is fantastic and will be a big hit if you just buy this or upgrade to that.....If you move forward with them, you're on your own.

worst company seriously if your looking at writing a book go elsewhere. Its been 2 years and they wrote one chapter with spelling and punctuation problems and then after asking them to fix it stopped returning my calls. I have been chasing up a refund for over 2 years.

Terrible company, they turned my ' book' into an priced college text book! Just reading the table of contents made me tired!. Definitely not worth the over 20 grand i spent for it. Been trying to get them to work with me to edit it, but they they only seem interested in trying to get me to spend more money, and get me off their books.. Haven't heard from them in a year, than all of sudden, they contact me.. Ive found a legit author to help me for free to fix vox publishings dumpster fire. Id like to get into contact with other people, whove had issues with vox,mabey we can do something about them

I would not even give Vox 1 star. There is no service. Full stop. We do not get what we pay for and that is breach of agreement.

Marketing scam. Guy who owns this company lives in LA and is extremely rude.
If you don't believe me, double check all the information they post on their website.
When you reach them, they will continue to text you with spam messages.
They've changed their name several times.

It has reached the stage now that nothing you say can be trusted which leaves us no alterative but ask you to repay as per your promise the monies that We have paid to you over the last two years.



Please advise by return how much your records show this to be and we will compare it with our copies of your invoices paid?



It is particularly disappointing because as recently around July a man by the name of Mike Murphy push us to pay more money another USD 2000 and still We have NOTHING to show for it.

A total rip-off and now looking for another publisher for my second book. They gave me an original quote but then after an extremely slow process of bad editing and formatting, I was asked to pay more than double before they could continue with the job. The book was finally after much delay published but with many mistakes and no ghostwriting at all, just my own efforts. They are not professional nor academically capable of proper editing or proofreading.

The worst place ever do not give them your money they have my money for 3 years and no books
