I have just had a phone call from a man claiming to calling on behalf of my energy company and asked if I owned my home. I said no but the man just ignored me and carried on spouting about insulation I then said again I do not own my home even asked him to stop, I gave up and terminated the call

Rings me today from the 0121 number, asks for someone else, when i say no hangs up. Great customer skills, but having looked on line not surprising.

Someone from the number 01253 928634 called me, When I picked up the phone the first thing the caller said was "Can you hear me OK?". Of course I replied "Yes". The caller then hung up. Presumeably they now have a recording of my voice?? Scammers! Not to be trusted! What has the world come to when we can no longer safely answer our own telephones!!

stop giving criminals access to scam using your services. It is a digital world, no excuse. It is disgraceful that you even take money like this!

Multiple spam calls from different numbers in one day that I could all trace back to this „company“ - what is it they actually do? Enable scammers? I blocked all the numbers and hope they will leave me in peace now.

Scammers have my number and keep calling using virtual numbers from this company.

Unauthorised call to an ex-directory number. As ALL calls to an ex-D number have to be via the Operator, yes even the Police have to go through the operator and they have to ask whether you will accept the call, yes or no!! This “company” obviously doesn’t know that they commit an offence every time they call ex-D numbers without the owner’s permission and consent. So they are high risk, whatever they are selling!

Voxbone SA are an enabling service for scams and various criminals. Voxbone and similar outfits are long overdue regulation, and possible criminal investigation.

Got a call from this company and all they said was " can you hear me " i replied yes then they rang off have now blocked the number obviously a scam im on the TPR bit that doesn't seem to stop these calls wouldn't give any stars

This company provides scammers and robocallers with phone numbers and plainly uses zero due diligence to screen thos who purchase services from them. There is no end to the unwanted calls from people who pay zero attention to GDPR or to the Telephone Preference Service. One of their customers called "Energy Department" is a repetitive phone caller and will not stop calling.

This company appears to be a front for scammers.

This 'company' provides phone numbers to a variety of scam artists. Infuriating! We get calls from Voxbone numbers day-in, day-out.

These shysters keep providing VoIP termination points to UK numbers for scammers, they should be prevented from operating anymore UK numbers by OfCom.

I just had a call that vox bourne sa has somehow provided my number to an arrogant bloke who with 2 other women say they're my energy adviser. My number is ex directory but since I've had to convert to it coming via router I get pestered by scammers. I would have given zero star if I could.
