Gift for Blind Grandmother
I got this for my Grandmother in Minnesota USA, who is coping with losing her sight to Macular Degeneration. She nearly cried she was so excited! I used the UK company Forward2me to assist with shipping to the United States. Thank you to VoxBlock for having Adult Fiction Titles, such as Pride & Prejudice and Sense & Sensibility. I couldn’t find anything in the USA that compared to VoxBlock. Thank you SO much!

Excellent customer service
It took ages to come because we are in Australia but the customer service is top notch. Our player started making bubbling sounds and they sent out a replacement straight away. That's good service if you ask me!

It’s so simple to use just love it have showed it to staff at my son’s day centre they were impressed so hopefully you’ll get orders I gave one to my great granddaughter for her 6th birthday she loves it. Great idea for older people as so easy to use. I have one now.

Brilliant product
The Voxblock player and books are truly brilliant - a bedtime routine staple and great for the car / travel. Love the physical format of the mini books and it is so easy to use. Much prefer the lack of connectivity and nothing to stop kids using independently. The expanding selection of books is great (quality narrators) and we've enjoyed finding new favourites.

Poor customer experience
Great product, however when ordering extras my order was lost & no goodwill gesture was made and to add to my disappointment the refund took a long time.
Lost my faith in customer experience.
