Looks good, feels sturdy and blends well into the room. The fan is a little loud on the higher speed settings and in terms of performance, I wouldn’t say there is anything particularly different from an ordinary fan.
I ordered it with next day delivery, but unfortunately it didn’t arrive until the following week, which was disappointing. I understand that I ordered during a heatwave and demand was probably much higher than usual, but I feel the expected dispatch and delivery times should have been updated accordingly rather than promising next-day delivery when this couldn’t be achieved.
Overall, it’s a good product for the price and I’m generally happy with it.

Please don’t trust this company - you’re potentially throwing away money…. I have been trying to return a faulty product since July.

Customer services don’t respond to return requests in line their process stated on their website. I tried to follow the return process due to my purchase not functioning properly and received one email offering me £30 goodwill gesture to keep the item or to confirm if I want to continue with the return. I confirmed I wanted to return my purchase within 24 hr and have been waiting over 2 months for a response to my emails. It would be good to know if anyone will ever respond to my request (ID 161885) which is still open after all this time.

I actually left a review on here in August and Vortex responded saying they were overwhelmed and needed more time. They also said I should stop emailing as it delayed their response time so I followed their advice as they suggested but since then my return request has just been pending with them. I think they just hope people will give up and throw their faulty products away.

I would definitely avoid this company and find alternative products from more reliable vendors.

Instrument is fine, only criticism, text in booklet is so small you need a magnifier to see what the symbols are

We ordered a fan from vortex air. It took 3 or 4weeks to arrive which was fine. I plugged it in and it lasted approximately 5seconds before there was a click noise from the main body and it never turned on again. I contacted support and was asked to send a video of the fault after describing the issue. So attempted to send a video of a fan that wouldn't turn on. The mailbox provided wouldn't accept videos. I have since emailed to ask what they would like me to do now. I have never heard back. £180 of not working plastic still sitting in my living room and no answer from support. I rarely complain about a product or support but this is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid this company for both quality of product and support.

Bought a hot/cold fan last year, started having issues. Emailed them and the problem was resolved within 24hrs and resulted in me buying a dehumidifier from them as well. You can't buy great customer service!!

Recently purchased Vortex Air pro plus bladeless hot and cool fan, very quiet even on fastest speed. Cools room down in a reasonable time.
Not experienced the heating element to date as weather still fairly warm.

The fan is quiet, it helped lots during thr heatwaves and was working hard. I was able to sleep over the fan without issues and on its lowest setting is fairly inaudible. I was very happy with service from the company even though they were inundated over the summer too. If the heat function is as good as the cool function it will be perfect for the winter too thank you!

Just received my 2 vortex plus. Already used one already in my conservatory. Must say it heats up in the colds and cools in the hot days. Very pleased I bought them.

These Units are so easy to operate and produce both hot and cold air efficiently. This is so great.

I am very pleased with my vortexair. In summer it is so cooling when the weather is red hot, and in the winter you can use it as a heater which is absolutely brilliant and cheap to run.

Easy ordering and arrived quickly. Very well packaged. Tested both items, on heat setting. All good. Look unobtrusive. Easy to tuck away and pull our when needed. Don't need to use them for cooling at this time of the year so can't comment on performance in that area yet.

I bought the Vortex Hot Cold air purifier fan, October 2025. It got me through the chilly early starts when I didn’t want to heat the whole house, saved me money and helped start my day just right.
Then came summer 2026 I can honestly say with vortex fan I really don’t think I would have got much sleep. Fan speed 2 is quiet enough and cool enough to help me sleep.

The Cooler Fan is brilliant. it certainly cools the air. Sadly the oscillating mechanism broke after a couple of weeks, But the fan is still brilliant at cooling the air.
Follow up. Their post sales is fantastic. Full and complete resolution within 24 hours. A model for other on line shops.

Got my first fan and everything was ok for a couple of weeks then fan stopped working so contacted customer services problem was dealt with efficiently and received new fan within a couple of weeks
