This company took payment for a product that they claimed was in stock but wasnt, and now claim that their courier will take 10 days to deliver, lying, and useless, do NOT use.

My Vorsprung charger is alright apart from when I set the charge time from midnight to 5am it never turns on so I wake up in the morning every time with no miles. Only works when you set at 11pm to 5am which costs me an out at very high rate.

Tried to order a charger from Vorsprung that appeared to be out of stock so opted for a different option. Messaged the customer service team on WhatsApp and they informed me it wasn't out of stock (appears to be an issue with my Web browser) and they have changed my order to the original EV charger I wanted! Great customer service so far, let's hope the charging experience matches when it arrives!

Over 4 weeks ago, I placed an order that I still have not received. When I contacted the courier "Enri" for an update, they informed me that the item had been lost in their system. After I provided the details to Vorsprung, they claimed my email looked "dodgy" and refused to issue a refund until I received the item. They stated I would then need approval from their management team for a refund, at which point they would provide a shipping label - but I would have to cover the return costs myself. It's now been 5 weeks, and I'm out £350 with no charger and no effort from the company to reimburse me. I strongly advise avoiding this business.

Updating the review I posted earlier last month about my vorsprung charger not working any way I had another company fit a new charger and when they took the vorsprung charger off the wall they found that the wires had melted inside the charger and they said that I was very lucky that the charger did not set on fire as there was no internal breaker and power was still being fed to the charger very dangerous. I told and sent photos to vorsprung who rang me saying that they would reimburse me but since then I have heard nothing from them and do not believe that I ever will. They do not want to give money back even though the charger was only 7 months old and also they were trying to get me to remove my previous post but I believe it’s my duty to protect people out there

I like this amazing Charger, it's really very fast in Charging. Installer said it was very easy to Install.

Happy to answer urgent text help on Saturday and Sunday. Took a while to sort and I think Vorsprung could take a little time to expand their videos. They refer to the Vorsprung app which is now not available (use Smart Life) and the reset video doesn’t tell you to delete the EV from every device you previously used to connect.

EV charger arrived on time . The instruction booklet was worse than useless! Had call company to sort it out . Simple instructions on getting EV charger working would have been great.

Brought a vorsprung dark star ev charger worked fine for 7 months then suddenly stopped charging. I contacted vorsprung and they said I have to return it to be repaired so they said that I have to pay an electrician to disconnect it send it off when it comes back I have to pay an electrician again to have it reconnected. If anyone is going to buy an ev charger I would pay a bit extra and go elsewhere these people do not care if it stops working it just costs you more and they do not care.

I really like their range of mechanical pop up power banks. Good quality. I’ve had to buy two, wife spilt water in one 😔.

I had an issue when purchasing the replacement but this was resolved quickly by the customer services manager.

Bought their [2024 VERSION] Vorsprung® WS6100 weather station back in January and I must say that the support, when needed, is very quick.
Only a couple of minor issues with the station since purchase so very good for the money.

The first wall charger I bought from Vorsprung in June was broken on unpacking. The replacement sent was a Nano charger, which I was informed is a better product. However, the smart app leaves much to be desired, it is clunky and not intuitive. You have to “find” the charger and log in every time you use it, and it will not always allow you to access the settings menu. This means you have to shut down the app and log in again, sometimes repeatedly. After leaving it set for immediate plug & play for a few weeks, I then wanted to set it to take advantage of a cheaper overnight tariff. Once again it was difficult to get the app to display the settings menu. I eventually managed it and set the app to charge overnight. It worked the first time, but not the next night. On querying, I was informed that the Nano does not support the repeat charging option! But the information they gave me was incorrect - I wiped the settings and re-entered them, and it now charges every night. It is disappointing that I was given incorrect information, but I have to say that Vorsprung’s online and telephone support people (Maddy and Anup) are very responsive, helpful, and patient. The Nano wall charger is a neat piece of kit, let down by the clunky app, otherwise it may have been a 5 star review.
