Ordered a sparkling top for Christmas, it arrives 5 weeks late and was a completely different top.
When I asked for a refund the told me I could get a 15% refund and keep the top I was given.
I asked for a full refund and was told they were sorry for the mix up and would send me the right top at no extra cast and to still keep the other top. This was 3 weeks ago and still no new top has arrived

Don’t order from here !!
UPDATE The new top arrive and it’s the same rubbish top as before.
I have asked for my money back and my message has been returned.

I ordered what looked like a beautiful Christmas Jumper. Apparently in the sale £79.95 reduced to £39.95.

The goods arrived 3 weeks later and I was astonished at the terrible workmanship of what was essentially a nylon sweatshirt. It looks nothing like the jumper advertised.

I asked for a full refund. I was offered 10 & 25% off and keep the garment. I refused and said I would have my card provider request a full refund. I threatened a review here and also on their website They sent me a full refund and told me to
keep the garment or give to charity.

The 3 star review reflects their willingness to accept my complaint and issue a full refund.

Avoid, avoid and avoid! Ordered 2 jumpers and 2 coats on the 18th Dec 2024 - worth £161.10. Money was deducted on the same day using a different company name called SP So Olivia. Sent so many emails asking for a refund, they kept giving so many excuses. Delivery stated 7-9 working days. It's been a month now. No goods received. I have now reported this company as a scam.

Should have read the reviews before ordering anything. Ordered a jumper on 4th Dec for Christmas, is the 19th Jan and still don't have it. Get emails from their customer service fobbing me off, I have politely asked for a refund 4 or 5 times now with no suitable response. Please save your money and purchase products elsewhere.

Images of shoes looked good. Received some seriously cheap, tacky rubbish. They didn’t fit so I contacted them about a return and they advised they’d offer a 10% discount as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ but wouldn’t accept the return as they weren’t damaged. Sham of a company. Avoid at all costs.

I’m enjoying laughing at the reviews that have clearly been put in here by the company or their mates to try and counter the plethora of bad reviews

I received two pieces of rag looking jumpers of extremely poor quality items. The Company offered to start with a partial refund and finished with a paltry offer of 10%. They say that they have withdrawn the items but offered no alternative.
I personally would never deal with this company and advise anyone else to

I ordered from this company on the 14th December and did not arrive for Christmas as promised, even after several emails.
The website looked really good , quality clothing, how mistaken I was .
Do not buy from this company a total scam company . The clothing is absolutely appalling, very poor quality, with no labelling. The shape and finish of these garments are terrible
They will take your money off you and send you inferior goods.

I have just received a parcel from this company.
The items received are of very poor quality and nothing like the description or photographs that they advertised.
I have asked for a refund and return address (i am still waiting). I have seen all the other reviews and amazed that they are allowed to sell such inferior goods. They were falsely described and absolutely not what was advertised.
Lesson learned and will never order from any company's without checking first.
This company is a disgrace.

I ordered from this company on the 7th December and today 16th January my parcel has just arrived after sending them an email.

1* too many! I ordered a festive sweater in early-December 2024, which didn't arrive until January 2025. The item was not as advertised i.e. it was not made of wool and was a nasty polyester print of the same jumper, cheaply made and poor quality. I have tried to contact the company to return this item but received no response. This company is a pile of poo!

Well I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered a Christmas sweater (clearly knitted in the picture) and received a cheap imitation sweatshirt in an appalling fabric. I'm in the middle of a wrangle for a full refund including postage as the product sent is not the product advertised. Do not (really do not) use this company.

I ordered 2 blazers. They arrived extremely small and terrible quality for the price I paid. I have since sent several emails to return and refund but no response. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I would not recommend this company.

If I had the option I’d give it zero stars. This is a Chinese scam company. They have a unit in the West Midlands but your returns if you CAN get that far after various offers of 10-20% refund. I paid over £50 for a teddy coat nothing like the advertised coat and not fit for purpose ie a coat to keep warm. DO NOT PURCHASE. I’m taking up this company with Trading Standards

I ordered shoes from this shop without reading reviews. Initially I got upset because after reading it all I thought I did a huge mistake ordering and at the time I immediately thought I’ll be disappointed with my purchase. To my surprise I received my shoes and they arrived exactly as in picture. Great quality and very comfortable. The truth is that they come from China and it does take longer to arrive than it says on the website.

Awful awful company! Don’t even order! My poor mum ordere tow items that came such bad quality not like there website! They didn’t want to give her a refund! Then offered a refund only if she ships the items back at her own cost which cost £30 back to china so will be taking legal action of this is not sorted and a chargeback from the bank

Photos used for the products were nothing like the items I received. Items took 3 weeks to arrive and were cheap nylon material not a sequin in sight (like the photos looked). I Contacted the company about 5 times they just keep offering me refunds of up to 50% of cost and saying I can keep them - I’ve made it very clear they are not of an acceptable standard. I don’t want them I want a full refund. I had to Returns the goods to Japan!!! I’ve sent the items and they are ignoring my emails asking if they’ve received the good back yet. Big mistake buying from these people! Think I found them on Facebook. Avoid at all costs.

if i could give minus i would. what a shower of s**t this company is. i ordered before christmas came 13.01.25 don't want the item and requesting a refund and returns note. the amount of emails i've had to send to try and get this sorted is a joke, still not sorted and they don't answer the emails regarding a refund/return label

Personally I don't think they deserve any stars. They profess to be a UK company, where in fact they import directly from China. It takes weeks for your order to arrive, only to find that their version of quality products is vastly different from your interpretation of quality. I purchased a hoodie which was supposed to have been £69.99 prior to being in the sale for £39.99.
The fabric is cheap and the quality of the workmanship is dire. The hood is set in off centre, the fabric is stretched and out of shape. The sleeves aren't set in correctly and the welt around the waist is far too baggy and poorly sewn in.
They offer a refund, but to return to China it costs almost as much as to purchase the product. The other option to accept a 25% refund. A brilliant way to make money!!!! BE WARNED
