Goods description was totally misleading and no response received to my complaint. I wouldnt consider wearing it and have given it to a charity shop I wonder if it will finish its life there as a duster.
Terrible Company but Wonderful Credit Card
I ordered a top for a particular event. It arrived from China six weeks after placing the order, well beyond the date I needed it. It also bears little resemblance to the photograph on the website. I have exchanged numerous emails with Vorina as I refused the discount offered or to return the garment to China. My emails have now been blocked. My Credit Card company advised me to raise a 'dispute claim' and they will credit my account and take up the issue with Vorina. So grateful!
Fraudulent company.
Have been asking for a refund since Dec 2024 for goods that they were unable to supply. Just get computer generated replies. They are a disgrace and fraudsters as have taken my money and not supplied the goods. They should be banned from trading.

Taken £130.00 of my money agreed for me to return the goods gave me an address in China whilst they claimed to be UK based. I purchased a jumper that was very different to the picture and very bad quality. I asked for a refund and they offered to save me time in sending the item back they a 25% refund, I did not accept this so they offered a 50% refund. I emailed back accepting. I chased my 50% refund and the email was bounced back from their email address. It seems they have blocked my email address and no one has answered the phone number given. After a search on Google under their address they operate 9 website businesses that are all located the same address and selling from what I can see very similar products. They are all run by K&D corporations in north Holland. It feels like I have been scammed out of my refund money and I have a terrible product that they agreed to refund 50% of the value. I can see from the reviews that I am not the only one! They should be closed down as they are, in my opinion, scamming customers. Please do not buy from this company.

I wish I never purchased anything from this retailer. The quality of the garments is nothing like the image. The garments are produced in China. I have been trying to get a refund for weeks and they have said that I need to send the parcel back to China, however their company is registered in Europe?! I have pushed back and now they are failing to respond to me.

The pyjamas I ordered were not silk as described. They had been reduced in price but were labelled 100% polyester. They were poor quality and minute. Probably a 12 or less when I ordered a 16. I emailed them and they said they would replace them free of charge. However when I replied the message couldn't be delivered. I tried again and the mail daemon said the address (from their websites contact page) couldn't be found or was unable to receive emails. Don't use this company! Currently considering contacting Trading Standards.

Report your case
I had bad experience as well. I have been missleaded in regards everything (when the item will arrive, refund process, etc..), this "company" should not be allowed to operate.
This is what you should do:
1. Report your case to your bank, after 30 days you should receive your money back, gather all relevant information and keep eveything as proof, especially emails.
2. Report Vorina to Google simply type into your google "Send a Report to Google"and fill in all info there.
3. Report your case to the National Cyber Security Center in the UK, just type this into your Google and you can file your case there.

False advertising
Bought a jacket which looked very nice on screen. When ordered it took just under a month to get to me. Then we it finally came it looked nothing how it looked on screen. I asked for a refund and have been only offered 10%. I explained that the delay and the false advertisement was on your end. And demanded a refund again. I have not heard from them .

A dreadful company. I received lots of apologies but it’s a whole month since I placed the order. I phoned the company in the Netherlands but no answer. I suggest contacting your bank. Also report them to Trading Standards in the Netherlands. I don’t expect my order to arrive.

Avoid this company. Ordered jeans for my daughter. Size was tiny did not relate to measurements on line. Have contacted the company 4 times to return and no response. Lesson learnt. Awful scam company.

Clothes took forever to come and 1 item was missing. Items very poor quality. Material awful. Shape and size all wrong. I emailed and they actually did respond promptly. I asked for refund and where missing item was. They said they would send replacement items but as soon as I insisted on a return and refund my emails were blocked and i cannot contact them. They never responded about the missing item after asking 3 times. An absolute con. Totally bogus

Spent £45 on a coat which arrived and looked nothing like the photo on the website! To expensive to return so now stuck out of pocket with a coat that is the same quality as a shocking Christmas stocking!
Beware, product not like picture, arrives late, not 100% refund
Pay close attention to the written descriptions and particularly any absence of information about the fabrics used. Something displayed as an intricately knitted Christmas jumper should not arrive as the image of that jumper printed on a cheap synthetic sweatshirt. Read the vague product descriptions!
Delivery times quoted are not met. Shipped from China. Not a UK company.
And don’t fall for their 30-day refund policy: “If you’re not totally in love with the product, we will refund you 100%.” Their policy “typically only covers items that are damaged, stained, or incorrect item”. They first offered me 25% off my next purchase with no need to return the product as a “gesture of goodwill”. Then 50% and still keep the product. For 100% refund you have to provide photo evidence and return the product to China at your own expense! In my case the postage came to 50% of the cost of the product so I settled for 50% and not returning the product.
I wish you could rate zero stars. To their credit, they do have a lot of Customer Service agents (Peter, Chryss, Jen, May…) Oddly no one with a Chinese name.

Pictures portray a totally inaccurate version of what you get. Don't bother, they also don't refund you when you return the item, they just ghost you. After many emails of offerings, I say offerings, they went to 20% off so I sent it back. Now they've blocked me.
